I dont like that the washrooms are on another floor, on the 5th floor men's washroom, and on the 4th floor women's washroom anyway, any room you book for a couple one has to suffer

near from metro station, but the location bit far from tourist attractions rooms are big and clean, kitchen area all equipped with working fridge, water cooler etc . lift to carry baggage :), lockers for each bed clean washroom and beds

Very social hostel with a good kitchen area and location. It's reasonable value for the price of the area and the room was a good size too.

I only stayed for a night but I enjoyed my stay. The staff was very nice and explained everything well. The room was comfortable enough to have a good night sleep.

The shared bathroom could be maintained better, it was out of toilet paper quite often and could be cleaner. It was a little loud at night because of people hanging out in the shared spaces but maybe I just had bad luck with my neighbors

I had a single room and the bed was very comfy :) The room is basic but clean and with everything you need.

- staff - this GREAT young lady was always there, answering all of my questions no matter how strange they were - location - minutes away from metro and bus stops - shared bathroom - quite well-kept - bed - big and comfy Warning: the room is quite narrow, seems strange at first. But actually the space is enough to keep one's belongings and to rest after a long day of sightseeing.

Staff seemed to be working while they stayed there. Location was not as easy to spot. Cleanliness can be improved. Mattress is very thin.

I flagged to the staff from the beginning that the bathroom had not been properly cleaned before my arrival (namely, toothpaste on the mirror) and nothing was done about it during my 3 nights stay. However, this is minor issue - the stay overall was exceptional.

The location is very good and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful! The common areas make it a great place to socialize as a solo traveller.

The public space could be a bit warm when the sliding doors are closed. Not the best privacy cause its dorm based, everything its public Would prefer to have breakfast ingredients prepared too by the management that will a good upgrade.

One of the best place to meet new people around the world, highly recommended. The facilities are clean and comfortable. Appreciate that the public toilet is spacious and clean in general. Staffs there could speak good English, foreign friendly.

The toilet does not have bidets.

The receptionists are very nice and friendly. Everything was there 7/11, subway, taxi. My 3 toddlers like the kitchen as they could prepare ramen by themselves

The showers/bathrooms, beds a bit to small, hard to climb on upper beds.

The enviroment and the staff. The common area was amazing and fun. The location was the best, could come back walking at night from Seomyeon really fast and safe.

We could hear almost everything in the hallway and the room close to ours, the place was not soundproof at all, so we were often bothered by people talking (even if they were in the bathroom, we could hear them from our room with door closed.

The staff were very nice, accommodating and spoke perfect English. There’s a luggage room if needed. The bathroom are big enough, with space to put your stuff while taking a shower (without getting them wet). They also provided towels and slippers, which was nice. Lots of restaurants nearby and good transportation options.
