Location 15-20 min walk from nearest subway (metro) station. Airport bus availability is very less.

Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. Has washing machine in room. 7/11 in the hotel lobby for small needs. Near Kintex if you are attending exhibition.

The Oksang rooftop restaurant is excellent to be indulged “fried chicken with a beer” The taste of fried chicken was fantastic.

Nothing. I like everything about K-tree hotel, the location, the cleanliness and the smartness of the staff.

The breakfast is great! The location to KINTEX and shopping malls is prefect. It's clean, compact, smart and you are not disturbed by the hotel staff. I didn't sight and cleaner while in k-tree, yet they come around to clean.

Breakfast: quite limited choice, and not enough seats — had to queue for about 15 minutes before being seated on a regular weekday at 8am, that’s not the type of experience business travelers can afford on a workday…

Great room, great location, great staff. The washing machine in the room, the publicly available iron and ironboards in the business center, and the 7-Eleven on the ground floor were all a massive plus!! 5-minutes walk to Kintex 1 & 2.

Hard bed, had to wait in line for breakfast, the towels and hard soap were changed too often (think about the environment).

Breakfast. You need to think for all nationalities because almost all people prefer the hotel because of the exhibition place, Kintex, and rooms are too small.

Since we stayed because of the exhibition, location was very good.

Maybe it was due to the exhibition but Breakfast is a war zone.... Something interesting is that AC is working only from May or June and you are suggested to open the windows if you want some cool air, little details, pollution level was very high in Seoul so I was also reminded about it while opening the windows

The only negative points is that the rooms are not fully soundproof so you can hear the people next door. The breakfast was tasty but not a wide variety, unfortunately.

Everything about this property was great. The hotel staff was really nice and helpful. The room was big with loads of amenities and a kitchen station. There is a fee to use the electric stove. We really enjoyed that there was a washing machine in the room so you could wash your clothes. The toilet was small but it’s the standard in Korea. Good water pressure and they provide you with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. There was a table in the room which was very comfortable for us to have dinner in the room and relax a bit while watching tv. Netflix is available on the hotel tv too. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.
