Bedding was a little rough and not so comfortable. Would not recommend to open windows for fresh air as the location of the hotel is on a busy street, thus it was quite noisy even till late night.

The hotel was excellent! The rooms are all very comfortable and the facilities are very clean. Being such a small hotel, water was also well provided and shared kitchen was very good to use, with sufficient utensils and equipment. The hotel also provided us with a stand fan, as there was only heating system available during this season.

We found it difficult to manage the temperature in the room, but we couldn't seem to work the aircon, but I'm sure this could be rectified by staff! Towels for showering were very small and there wasn't enough bathmats for the shower room but again a miniot issue.

Bathroom facilities were fantastic, and the products provided felt very luxurious. Spacious area to get changed in the shower room and plenty of space to get ready. Option to rent dyson airwrap is also a great idea. The room was lovely and spacious, and the fridge included so could store food and use it in the shared kitchen space, which was also fabulous. The building itself had a coffee shop and was close to Metro, and bus stops for major tourist spots.

Check in strictly at 3pm. Used to a bit earlier but they were happy to store our luggage while we waited.

Could not fault this place. Minutes away from Seomyeon station (depending on what exit you take) and on level 7 of a trendy art building with a cafe downstairs. The twin room felt spacious and had lots of natural light coming in. It had a mini fridge, heated toilet seats and great shower pressure. Special thanks to housekeeping who made sure to provide us fresh towels and emptied our bins daily. There is a shared kitchen where you can fill your drink bottle and cook meals. Reception is 24/7 but check in strictly at 3pm. Great value for money compared to Seoul and other tourist destinations.

The shared bathrooms are incredibly clean, well-kept, and spacious. The building itself has a movie theater, cafes, a gallery, and a stationary store, plus public areas to study or play games. All things considered, the price is very reasonable too.

- Nothing except the location. It's really close to metro, and I'm surprised it's located inside the building at a busy area. No complaint at all. But I don't feel comfortable when going out or coming back at night. Maybe next time I won't stay in that area. It's not related to this hotel.

- Everything is clean and tidy. - The shared bathroom has enough individual showers with shampoo, conditioner, shower cream and even bath mat provided. - The private single room although it's a small room, it's comfortable and I didn't hear any noise at night. - Daily cleaning service is provided. - Big and colorful lobby.

Concept was great, everything at hand. Shared living room and ktchen, clean room with a spectacular view, great bed, fresh sheets, spacious bathroom. Excellent location! State of the art light switches!

This is not a fault against them but the drain stopper for the bathroom sink is push button. Took us sometime to figure it out. The night life around the hotel can get a bit rowdy but overall it was a nice experience.

We booked the room with the 4 bunkbeds (more like pods) and it was the best experience. The pods were comfortable and each had blinds for added privacy. The hotel was very close to lots of restaurants and stores. I will definitely be staying here again.

I got an elevated bed even if there wasn't another one underneath, so it was a little uncomfortable to climb up and down the bed every time. I wouldn't say this was a big issue, though.

the location is great, near restaurants, bars, and stores. The rooms are quiet and comfortable, the bathrooms are clean and there's privacy in the shared showers. The facilities look new. I borrowed a plug converter to charge my phone throughout my whole stay at no extra cost.
