What I didn’t like would be taking all the stairs to the fourth floor every day.

The room had plenty of storage space. I like that the door had a smart keypad instead of a manual key. It has a stove and microwave and washing machine. also, it has an outdoor space a little terrace. You can also get your laundry done in the main building.

Excellent location, very close to subway exit and there is a re restaurants. Also feels safe since it is close to university. Convenient meeting place for tours. Has a washing machine in each room and A/C was powerful. Prompt messaging by manager with WhatsApp

Very near to exit 3 of Hongik University station - about 10min walk (mostly flat). Room is spacious enough for max 2 pax with queen size bed. It’s a shared kitchen with the other room. Every room has their own bathroom.

We stayed 2 girls for 8 days and location was everything for us. You can walk to Hongik Univ.Station around 6-7 min. The surrounding area was full of many restaurants and cafes, and you can walk alone at any time because it is safe.

Unfortunately our washing machine was broken (we did not contact management) and only stairs - which is no problem but on the fifth floor can be tiring.

The location was great, staff were so friendly, spacious and lots of storage.

My room was located on brand new annex building, but on 5th floor with no lift. The lovely staff carried my heavy bags all the way up on arrival, but found my self breathless climbing the stairs everytime, though one might think it would have been a good workout opportunity...

The staffs were promptly available ( through whatsapp ) the whole time. Had some issues with toilet flush during stay, but was fixed immediately. Location was superb, loads of restos/coffee shops within short walking distance as well as the subway station was only stone's throw away... And the absolutely comfy bed is definitely worth the mention!

5mins from hongik exit3 , location near Hongdae and Yeonnam dong(many cute cafe here) so you can travel both area easy. Owner can help you in every questions , safety building and area walk at night . Quite room for sleeping well. GS25 30sec walk

I'm sure it would be even more convenient if my family room had dishes, but since I brought my own I was alright. The staff kindly carried my luggage up the stairs as there wasn't an elevator. I'm glad I contacted the staff prior to my check in, as it took a bit time for the staff to arrive.

I like the location, as its very near Hongdae Uni Metro, with many shops and restaurants nearby. Even so, its wasn't noisy at night.

I found some hair and stains on the bedding. I had to wait a bit for the owner to show up during check-in time, but it was only about 15 minutes!

It's situated very close to Hongdae, so it's really easy to get anywhere in Seoul from it:) The heating system was very good + bathroom was clean!

The place is down a dark alleyway which is initially a little hard to find. However, the whole area is very safe!

The manager was kind enough to upgrade me for free to a bigger room because one was open at the moment. The rooms were sizable and very convenient, and I really liked the kitchenette. Also the snacks in the lobby were delicious lol. Free umbrellas on lend.

The pillow wasn’t really a pillow, more like a couch cushion which wasn’t the most comfortable to sleep with. The room didn’t have much natural light meaning you’d have to switch on the main light which can be pretty blinding later in the evening. These are more quality of life things really.

The room was nice and had plenty of amenities. The location is incredible and felt very safe. The staff were lovely and helpful!

The bathroom may be a problem for some people because the place where you take shower is not separated and thus the floor stays wet for some time but it was okay for me.

The hotel is located in a very lively place of Seoul and very close to the main metro line. The room is clean and comfortable and the staff is nice. Cost/performance ratio is great.
