The Lobby is too small and no luggage room, their luggage room is actually just a space on the side near the front desk but, it’s safe to leave your luggage to the front desk even though it was just on the side wall if you get there before the 2 pm check in.

Breakfast is ok. I like this hotel because, it’s so close to the train station and near Gimpo Airport. Also, the staffs spoke English and very helpful and nice.

The toilet had a leak, the hose from the bidet had a leak that was very notorious, you should fix that, also the electric kettle had fungus, that is a health hazard, please keep an eye on that

I thought that the ventilation was a bit too loud and it was cold because of it. Ventilation is right up above the bed.

Price and hotel location near to subway station - it was good. The room was comfy enough, a bit dusty in some places, but it was OK. Beds were fine for couple days.

Location was close to metro which is one stop away from gimpo airport. We didn't explore the surrounding as it was meant for us to stay over for the night before going to Gimpo airport the next day. This hotel fits the purpose comfortably for us

The location is very near to subway (Gochon in gold circle line). The surrounding many eateries. Have daiso near the hotel 2 mins walk, have nice gopchang restaurant open til 1 am. The toilet have bidet.

Even though subway access is there, the location is away from the major city. The Hotel provided an everyday cleaning facility but they didn't take the used clothes (bath towels and hand towels) out. That was quite unappealing.

Cleanliness, welcoming staff, breakfast, the interior, comfort to stay. Everything was just awesome - washrooms, bed, amenities. The hotel provided an everyday room cleaning facility.

Not all of the staff could speak English very well, but they try really hard to help you! No other complaints actually!

The staff at the hotel was really friendly and they helped me with answering my questions. Breakfast was good and there were a lot of different things you could choose from. Locations is fine, it is close to the metro but I think around 45min from the citycentre. The room was really good and clean! I had a two persons room and had a lot of space.

Good location in Gimpo, near to the airport and Gochon metro station, wi-fi internet, Warm reception, kept my luggage free of charge until check-in, microwave available in the lounge on the 3rd floor, good shower and comfortable room . complimentary water and coffee with electric kettle

The reason for not giving 9 is that, although the cleaning lady are really sweet and does an excelent job, They do not respect the "not disturb" light at the door ( and is the second time I pointed out that in the review). I was almost sleeping when I heard loud thuds in the door which woke me up.

The bed is one of the most comfortable I ever slept on. Is really convenient next to the station and bus stops
