The breakfast options were limited to 3 which becomes bland for a 7 day stay.

I have been to many hotels, castles and resorts but this hotel is by far the most fabulous. The design is sublime, the attention to detail spotless, the staff helpful. I will definitely stay at this hotel each time I am back in Seoul.

A room reading light would be a welcome touch.

Room was spacious and comfy and bathroom magnificent. Themed decor throughout was a great touch. Location was perfect with markets literally around the corner and subway in front, and Seoul Station walkable.

There is no laundry service which is surprising for a hotel in this price range. Only coffee and no tea is provided in rooms. Some sort of casual dining option within the hotel for guests would have been nice.

Every aspect of this hotel is beautifully designed. It is a stunning property that transports you back to another era. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The included breakfast was very good and overall the staff were helpful and friendly.

Entrance is on a slope so not super easy to enter. Room is a little dark especially in the bathroom where I really can't see myself well since the lamps are positioned too low and not enough lights are placed.

Location is a good spot that's near bus stops and subways. Room was clean and comfy with excellent design. The curtains are heavy and really block out light. And the shower room is perfectly done with a rainfall shower

The staff seems a bit stressed and not too welcoming. Relative to Korea in general, their English was great, but really, for a 4-star hotel front desk, a bit more can be expected. That's minor criticism though, the hotel is overall fantastic.

The decor of the place is awesome. I wouldn't call it tasteful, but it's still cute and pleasant, and very relaxing because of the dark tones. The neighborhood is great, we got to all the touristic spots easily by bus, which stops a 5-min walk away. Myeongdong shopping streets are around the corner. It was also super quiet at night and great to sleep, and the bed was very comfortable. Perfect cleanliness.

The room and public areas of the hotel were gorgeous. I appreciated having both a shower and a tub in the room. The staff were very friendly and were able to hold luggage for us before we checked in.

Thanks to the staff, we got upgraded to a suite. Though the room was great and pretty, I didnt have a good sleep. At 6am, the very morning after our redeye flight, a very loud female voice triggered over the google system next to my bed, shouting: Oh my! Are you not embarrassed?! We are still baffled as to how it could have happened?! That made the rest of my sleep kind of disturbed.

Convenient location at Hoehyeon Station, great for going around Myeongdong and Namsan. The staff were great and helpful.

Me and my wife had a great stay at L'escape Hotel. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with a particularly impressive bathroom that was both modern and clean. The location is extremely convenient, right next to a subway station, which made getting around the city easy. The hotel also features a nice bar on the top floor, offering a good selection of drinks in a relaxing setting. Overall, L'escape Hotel provided a comfortable and convenient base for exploring Seoul. Highly recommend for travelers seeking a hassle-free experience.
