It was walking distance to plenty of stuff. I loved that the bus stop was right behind the hotel which was so convenient! I would definitely stay here again!

The bathroom could be cleaner and the door to the bathroom was odd. We picked this place as it seemed close to Gwangmyeong ktx station but it was actually a fair walk with all our suitcases. If you don't have a lot of luggage, then it should be fine. We were located near the rooftop and could hear yelling and cheering at night time. If this would affect you, please request a lower floor.

Modern hotel with lovely mountain views from the windows. The beds were comfortable to sleep in. Nearby eateries and generally very quiet. Staff were very courteous and willing to help. The hotel lobby is very beautiful.

The room was dirty when we arrived. The table was sticky, the floor had trash (a clothes tag, used spoon and wrapper, and the shelves were dusty. The pillows and blanket were feather, and we were given no notice even though we wrote a note on our reservation expressing an allergy to feathers. To replace these things, we were given a small baby blanket and tiny baby pillows. These replacements were not good enough to sleep well, esp for a suite. We had to go out and buy blankets and pillows. The lack of communication was unreasonable. The suites outdoor area had only 1 chair, so we couldnt both be outside at the same time.... not well thought out. Also, the door in the hallway can access our outdoor space, creating a huge safety issue. The suite came with a projector and screen but no way of using it, again, if we knew to bring our laptop we could have used this amenity. Breakfast was 25k and was extremely limited (most food was gone and not replaced by 9:40am).

The staff was very nice and accommodating, they also spoke English so it made it even easier for us to get help. The style of the room and public spaces was wonderful. I loved the small touches in the suite.

However, the location was far to travel from the Train station. The toilet was quite run down and not clean. There was no air con and we were told to open the window for air. There were kids in the room, so I felt like it was not safe. The room was not spacious, and it was quite disappointing as it seemed bigger in pictures. Moreover,

It was a pretty decent hotel with the mall and IKEA located within walking distance. There were variety of food stalls nearby which was very easily accessible. The entire area had pretty cherry blossoms everywhere.

I had high expectations for the gym, because it was displayed on photo gallery. When I arrived I was confused to find out the actual gym just included some cardio equipment,and not the free weights and kettle bells like on the gallery photos.

I liked the Room, becuase it was comfortable and clean. It had just enough space for me to movearound. The hotel was located in a good location for food, drinks and some entertainment.

Subway access to this location is not very handy as you need to switch to a transfer train on line 1 which only comes once per hour. KTX is available however but has limited destinations.

Nicely designed, very clean and well maintained hotel. Good size room with a view on the hill. Several restaurants in the neighborhood with a big Lotte Outlet, IKEA and AK Plaza in walking distance.

A hair dryer in my room was a bit irritated to use because it has bumpy textures on the switch button to turn it on. So I wasn't able to grab it for more than 2-3 mins not to make my thumb tired and painful. Other than that, everything was great in general.

The location of the hotel was fantastic. It's near IKEA, Costco, Lotte Outlet and Gwangmyeong KTX station which I wanted to visit while I was staying. The bed in my room was comfortable enough and the cleanness of the room was great. The staff was nice. And other facilities like gym was okay to use.

Cleaning. I have been here before and the hotel was much clean than now. Moreover, the way to the hotel from Gwangmyeong KTX station is not really accessible due to renovation of the main street.

Modern design. Near by lots of shops and dining places. Value for money.

The hotel is still some way to the Gwangmyeong station. You have to walk besides a car park and across some very wide crossings to get to the hotel. The room was a bit stuff, even if we turned off the heater and open the window.

The hotel is modern, new and clean. Room is spacious and has adequate amenities.
