Hard to communicate with the service/ front desk just for general questions. The bed was too low to ground. We have bad knees and it was difficult to get out of bed.

Towel situation was inadequate two large towels and four small for 4 adults?

Apartment was nicely laid out and aesthetically pleasing and most utensils was available on checking in. The technology of the property was fun to play with.

i did not like that it wasn't cleaned daily or at least once during our stay but they did mention that in the app we had to take the trash down to the basement which i did not like the extra work that I had to do and preferred if they would at least collect from the room the bathroom door was frosted glass which was inconvenient as we felt no privacy at all i didn't like that the check out was at 11:00 am

the rooms were clean when we arrived, we got the passcodes through the booking app so we didn't have a long check-in time as it was immediate you can take bus number 6016 from Incheon airport next to exit number 6 it costs 17000korean won for an adult ticket, and get down at Station Secho Art Xi apartment station which is next to a Mercedes dealership take a left after the Mercedes dealership and walk straight till you see olive green on your left take left turn in that direction and you will see the hotel on your left roium zezil the room was quite wifi was available and it had a bidet it had 7 eleven few meters away just in the building across so that was nice

When I got there and want to put my luggage to the luggage storage room but can't open it. It took a while to fix the problem. And when I want to enter the room the password still have trouble to open it. Have 2 problem at the same day it's quite annoying.

I like the location. It's less than 10 mins walk to subway. There is a fantastic bagel store near it.

The distance to the train station. A bit of a walk.

Although a bit far from the train station and many popular spots, the cleanliness and size of the room made up for it. The separated rooms were a major plus. I booked 11 units for a school trip and all the guests loved their rooms. They had lots of space to move around. The walk-in closet and washing machine were a plus. The host was quick to respond and made our check-in and check-out easy as we needed to store our luggages until the evening. I would book this place again!

location was okay. there are convenience stores and cafes within a block which was nice, but it is across the river from a lot of tourist destinations. you also have to take out your own trash to the basement level. check in is also a bit late at 4 PM. kind of nitpicking, because other than that everything was great!!

everything was very new, clean and well kept. check in and luggage storage was easy using the provided codes. bed was very comfortable and i loved that the room had a sliding glass door to close off the bedroom. refrigerator/kitchen area was a huge bonus!

- nothing much around the area, a bit hard to find good meals (aside from todah) - quite far by public transport to hongdae/myeongdong/namdaemum etc

- clean & comfortable - love how there’s a washing machine + clothes rack to dry your laundry - also has Netflix - easy to check in - walkable to train station, airport bus around the corner - superb bagel shop down the street called todah bagel - has several supermarkets around the neighbourhood

The only problem for us was the impossibility of regulating the heating manually other than opening the window, which can be a problem when temperatures drop below 0°. That, and the lack of space for the luggage, which in reality didn't bother us much since we were out a lot.

A nice studio apartment with everything you need - besides space for luggage and clothes if you are in for a longer-than-a-couple-of-days stay (and chances are you are). The bed was comfy (it was a queen), and everything was functioning properly. We also got it for a great price, which is a plus.

There was no house keeping service included. Even though we stayed for 10days. That was very disappointing Also, 10 mins before check out time, they will scream something in Korean over a speaker in your room which was very intimidating and made us feel like if we were prisoners!

The windows look onto the neighboring house a few meters away, so that hardly any daylight comes into the apartment. This is really disappointing for the high price level. The room service is also only offered every 3 nights and must be requested.

The apartment was practically new. The furnishings are modern and functional. Only the kitchen is sparsely equipped.

For a longer stay, I would not recommend to anyone. Most importantly. No vacuume cleaner and won’t let us use one?!? Its a hard tiled floor needs vacuuming everyday. We were stuck with what we had.. buy a mob from daiso.. not good enough…
