Hotel only provide one big towel for the entire stay. The overall cleanliness was good but we found dust around the bedside and there are coffee stains around the coffee cups. The housekeeper does not speaks english so we have trouble communicating with her when we needed something. The toilet does have a little sea odour maybe is near to the sea. The room is facing the train tracks so is a little noisy for us.

The location is 5 mins walk from Busan KTX station, easy to locate and many eateries too. Convenience store is nearby and there is a big jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. We took taxis to Busan tower, BIFF night market and is about 10 mins ride, fare is affordable too.

- tiny windows overlooking train tracks, - no aircon, hot and stuffy in mid March. - bathroom was quite a mess with rainshower over basin which can't be used, and the shower head that was not even over the bathtub - cleaning service threw our personal toothbrushes away - pillow is uncomfortable - room smelled like kimchi when we first entered

Computer was not very clean. The shower system was connected to the sink and was quite complicated. Overhead shower head was above the sink and not directly above the bathtub, making it hard to take a shower in the bathtub.

Very near convenient stores and Busan station. Free computer was provided in the room that could be connected to the TV.

Clean where you can see and dirty where you can't see. The layer of dirt under the bed and sofa is horrifying. If not for my items fell under, i wouldn't know. A little far walk from busan station if you have kids and elderly.

the toilet is very huge but pointless, as it waste too much space and made the room too small for 2 luggages. toilet is quite dirty also, with many stains on the glass doors and walls. the blanket in the room is actually just a duvet cover sheet. there is only 1 pillow a bed. the bed is very hard. I requested for foam pillow option, first 3 nights was ok, but suddenly my pillow was changed to soft pillow after housekeeping. the towels provided in the room were small towels. we had to request for bath towels from the lobby.

Wasn't the cleanest or nicest. Some stains on the sheets and the walls, broken light figure, not enough paper, etc. Did the job of providing a place to sleep but not the most comfortable or luxurious.

The cleanliness here let this place down. Bathroom mouldy at the door, floor not cleaned properly in the room, and one day the housekeeping literally emptied one of the 2 bins (leaving dirty nappies in the toilet one) and gave us new bottles of water - nothing else. Such a shame.

The electricity from the outlets in the room was terrible, which was very important to me because it wouldn’t charge my phone properly but it did charge portable batteries.

The view from the room was very nice and the bathrooms were very nice. The beds were very comfy.

Great location, close to Busan rail station. We had high level rooms, so good views of the water. The hotel was really excellent value for what we paid. Great shower.

The view is on the railroad, and you can hear the trains (not too loud though). Our bathroom light was not turning off, so we had to sleep with it turned on :( Also, the room was not cleaned at all; the sheets were not changed, trash was not taken out.

The room was spacious, comfortable bed, great location - close to transport (since the tourist destinations are spread out, you will need to move a lot). The bathroom was huge!
