Good sized clean room and bathroom, with helpful staff and a very good breakfast.. This hotel is in also in the perfect location for getting around the island (opposite a bus stop).

I would say they could do with a few hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels, but that’s just a suggestion

Great location for us as close to airport and main shops for shopping and food. Good for tour pick ups. When we had to leave early and limo bus not running, it was easy to catch another bus right out front.

The aircon in the rooms are not adjustable, some nights warm and some too cold.

This hotel location was very convenient as there are shops and a variety of restaurants and cafes all within walking distance. The staff were very helpful in offering information as to which restaurant is better etc. We initially booked 2 ondol rooms (Korean beds means sleeping on the hard floor) but after 3 nights one of my friends who has back issues asked if we could change to normal rooms and the hotel staff said they were full therefore can't offer us a change of room but will bring us additional mattresses. The next morning, their Assistant Manager who heard about our issue, came and offered us two twin sharing rooms for the final 2 nights. That made our stay alot more comfortable.

The location is perfect just right in the city center with car park so it is very convenient to go shopping and eating. The room is small but has everything we need and clean. The staff is friendly and professional. Nice place to stay in Jeju city center and value for money.

It would be great if there is a larger clothes cabinet or hanger.

Ms Helen was exceptionally kind, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good for the price. The clothes styler/steamer in the room was very useful. The shower was exceptionally good in having good water pressure and very stable water temperature.

Great location and room is clean, bed is comfy and the front desk staff was very helpful. They parked the car at multi-story car park and got it ready at the ground floor next day morning. Great service!

I think the rooftop lounge was closed because I was unable to access it. It would be nice to have a notice of its hours or closure. It seemed very nice from the pictures

It was close to the airport and the free valet was very convenient. The staff was incredibly kind and provided excellent service the likes if which I have not experienced before. The shower was also amazing.

There was nothing that we didn't like.

Loved everything. The staff, the location and the hotel itself. Helen the assistant manager helped us greatly with buses, taxis and restaurant suggestions. She really made our stay special. She was very personable and spoke English extremely well. Overall, all staff were friendly and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel room is abit dated, not what I expected. I was given a room at the high floor but with a wall facing us
