There was a sizable stain on the wall that needed to be cleaned off. Looked like some sort of food stain.

The only thing I didn't like was that the front desk staff member when we first checked in was not that friendly.

It's centrally located and it was connected to the department store. The spa and gym feature was also really great!

Only downside, rooms are quite old school looking, the bathroom especially. Also if you’re looking to charge your phone next to you as you sleep… think again all the plugs are towards the end of the bed or on the desk under the TV and may not fit any bulky adaptors either!

Beautiful hotel with the most splendid spaced rooms! The view of Busan from the hotel is breathtaking and the staff are so attentive and friendly! The breakfast is basically a banquet and everything was fantastic

The evening manager on duty helped us get cabs from the airport at midnight to the hotel. He and the rest of the service staff were incredibly attentive. We were never ignored or put off. They were there with maps, water, extra towels, and advice. So happy we stayed there. LOVED the robot!! And the BREAKFAST was so delicious and worth the money. One of the best I've had. The hotel was immaculate and beautiful.

Beautiful hotel. Access the rail system and shops without having to go outside. Good surrounding food and shopping. Good gym with sauna and hot tubs/baths. Staff were always eager to help from the time we entered.

The gentleman at the concierge brought up our luggage and nicely introduced all facilities, huge compliment to Lora Lee at the concierge when we checking out, found my missing bag and walk us to the taxi , what a demonstration of 5 star hotel service

You could walk from the subway station past local shopping into the hotel. The department store Lotte has all the luxury brands you can imagine and duty-free shopping. The concierge suggestions were excellent and easy to communicate as they all spoke English. They have a robot who delivers extra bottles of water on request. Something unique which we have never seen.

There was a pill on the floor which wasn’t belong to us, guess that the cleaning might’ve been better, but except of this particular case, felt very clean. The bathroom faucet is a bit outdated, two handles to set the water temperature.

Big bathroom, comfortable bed with an option to choose the right pillow for you with additional reservation, room service was until 12am. I’ve got sick and they brought us more water bottles at 4am. The gym was outstanding, better than my regular gym. The room was big and everything that you need is in the hotel.
