Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The laundry only have 2 washing machines for the entire hotel, which meant we were waiting a couple of hours for a machine. The pool had to be paid for and for a specific time period. The carpet also needs a clean.

South KoreaThe room I booked was advertised as having a hot tub as it's main feature - when I arrived there wasnt any in sight and when I asked about it they said there were no rooms at the hotel that had a hot tub so I felt quite cheated and misled
The room itself was brilliant - the best bit of the hotel was definitely the pool, great for night swimming; there was even a DJ out there sometimes.
