Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe ambiance of the property, also the details that are not overlooked for example outside they had massive bug zappers that were hidden but ensured that no bugs would enter the hotel or attack you as you left the property. Very well done. Also that unreal waterfall they had at the waterfall bar.

United StatesOne of our rooms had a great view of the city, but another room unfortunately faced another building. However, we didn't mind that much.
The location of Lotte Hotel Seoul Executive Tower was perfect!! My family and I were so close to Myeungdong and the subway. The hotel was beautiful and our rooms were spacious and clean. We felt comfortable and will definitely stay here again!

SingaporeThe room service was very pricey. Unfortunately the executive tower lounge does not allow children below 12 years old so I did not book the hotel with breakfast.
Beds are comfortable and rooms are well ventilated. The pillows and mattress were very comfotrable. Rooms were well designed and room layout was great.

We booked a Grand Deluxe room with Le Salon access and breakfast for three nights, but got upgraded to a Premier room, because of a big birthday celebration. Check in was excellent, all staff very friendly, courteous and professional. Our room looked like a junior suite, without walls between living and bed area, wonderful spacious room. It was clean and well pointed out. Le Salon food, service and staff excellent. Food ofcourse might not be everybody's taste, but we loved and enjoyed it! Champagne and other drinks plentiful. We loved our stay in the Executive Tower and room.

Even though the hotel was hosting an international event so the security was very tight but it didn’t prevent us having a good time in Seoul due to the excellent attention from the staff. The main hotel lounge was a bit pricey however our room rate included “le salon access “. The food and drink were great and it was worth for the money. We recommended it highly.

Everything in this hotel was just excellent - got a free room upgrade as well which was very nice. Stayed at the Executive Tower and the amenities were all top-rated. Have a dedicated lobby for check in and check out for Executive Tower guests, location was very central - metro entrance just in front and connected to Lotte Department Stores. Would definitely stay here again if coming back to Seoul.
