Location is super convenient. Staff are very helpful and they let us check in early because the room is ready without any extra charges. Very much appreciated after a long mid night flight and long queue at the immigration. Would definitely come back again.

Rooms are small! But to be expected, interestingly our room was upgraded so dread to know what we would have gotten with what we booked. The gym was also closed the entirety of our stay which was a shame.

Location is excellent, you are right in the middle of Hongdae able to access everything, metro, all the shops, restaurants and street food are a walking distance! The staff are super friendly also!

The drain was a bit slow so the water would pool during shower at times. More shelving in the bathroom would be nice.

I liked the comcast for television. Lots of charging ports near bed. Loved the room refresh every day. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Location was very convenient.

The location is absolutely prime and the room is super clean. The staff is so friendly and is willing to help you with calling taxis because you kinda need to know Korean to use the taxi apps.

The location can’t be any better. It’s just a short walk from the metro and the airport line, placing you right in the heart of the Hongdae area, amidst numerous shops and restaurants. The room is clean and modern, the staff is both warm and professional.

Very limited closet space. The bathroom setup was a bit odd: there was nowhere to hang your towel outside of the shower and the shower wasn’t big enough to hang the towel inside without it getting wet. Given this setup, I imagine it would be awkward if the room was for friends rather than couples.

Excellent location, felt very clean, and liked the easy access to water. Bed was also really comfortable; had no trouble getting used to the bed.

The breakfast was the only disappointment, I couldn’t imagine that 4 star hotel may have such poor choice of dishes, on the other hand, the price wasn’t too high.

We enjoyed the stay in common, the staff was very communicative and helpful. The room was clean and tidy, housekeepers changed towels and even slippers every day. The hotel’s location is nice as well. The aroma in hotel’s lobby is one of my favorite :)

The staff was very attentive, almost a little too much. To go up to the room you first take an elevator to the lobby and take another elevator to the your floor. When going out and arriving in the lobby, the staff immediately turned to us as we approached the elevator. You can still hear the traffic outside, it's not loud, but it's noticeable. The breakfast was a bit simple and could be more diverse.

The check-in went smooth. The room wasn't very spacious, but it fit all our things. The decor was nice and it was clean. All amenities were present in our room and there was a welcome snack as wel. It is in the middle of Hongdae, close to the metro and the all stop airport train also stops here. Really convenient when arriving from or going to Incheon Airport. It's easy to get around from here and there are many restaurants nearby. There are multiple convenience stores closeby.

Can b a bit of muffled noise if street is a bit rowdy in quietness of night. But will not affect sleep. The hotel entrance with 2 owls mural...not classy enough and aesthetic though. It doesn't reflect the beauty and comfort of the inside.

Gave early check-in. The comfort and lush. Big space for 2. Like the long side bench at window. Room is clean. Buffet breakfast is nice too. Prompt service and friendly staff. Quiet and relaxing. Convenient and near to transport. Shopping and restaurants right at doorstep. So easy to just bring shopping back and continue shopping again.
