The rooms are comfy, but can be a little too small especially for two individuals traveling with luggage. It wasn't really a big factor, but would definitely stay here again.

Loved how central the location was. There were many tourist sites, but also many local restaurants and sites. The night scene is really convenient as the whole street fills with 'pochas' and restaurants and numerous bars. Not to mention there was a metro station exit right in front. Would stay here again when I return to Seoul.

Location - subway in front of hotel, lovely cafes and hanok village across the street, walking distance to palaces, etc. Staff - very helpful and friendly Room - bigger than expected, comfy bed, separate toilet and shower areas

Location is amazing, couldn't ask for a better located hotel in Insa-dong. The Hotel is right in front of the subway enterance for Jongno 3 station which happens to be one of the best ones connecting you to 3 lines. Not to mention that it's in the heart of Insadong's bustling area and right infront of Ikseon-dong and not to forget it's a 2 minute walk from Nakwon Music Mall Nakwon and a 10-minute-walk away from Gwangjang Market. It's also within walking distance from Anguk-dong and Changgyeonggung Palace, and a quick subway trip away from Meyeong-dong!

Rooms are quite small, which we knew already though. Not many staff as hotel has invested in technology instead, but the staff we did encounter were very helpful.

Location of hotel was awesome with loads of activity on doorstep, street food, restaurants etc. Right in the thick of it.

Superb location in the buzzing heart of Insadong, street restaurants all around and just across from the alleyways packed with Korean BBQ eating places. Great location also for walking up Insadong to key sites such as the Hanok village and the Changdeokgung Palace.

Nothing really, the upstairs bar could have had more korean elements in both drink and food and if you are a light sleeper maybe not ask for a room overlooking the street.

The Moxy hotel was in a fantastic location for those wanting to sample the main hangout for the local young crowd, i have never seen so many restaurants and street eateries on one location, some of them not closing until early morning. The room was perfect for the length of stay with regular supplies of water and cleaned daily.

I was on the third floor and the lounge area is on the 2nd floor so I could hear the the music from there but it wasnt the biggest issue. I didnt have breakfast included in my stay but didnt like that you had to book for breakfast the night before if you wanted it the next day

I always love the vibe at the Moxy chain. Staff are friendly and the rooms are big and has everything you need. The subway access is great and I liked the surrounding area's vibe.

I wish there was a water tap in the Moxy lounge. Otherwise it was near perfect

Jogno-3-ga station is literally at the front door and you can catch three different subway lines from there. Easy walk to palaces and Insadong street is 2 minutes away. Great night restaurants a nightlife in the street outside.
