The choice of restaurants is good but they seem not to cater happily to single travelers, I wanted some Korean BBQ but 2 restaurants told me that they sreve only two ecc - so went for a CHinese, which was absolutely horrible - no fault of Mr Kim's Guest House, that is perfect.

The house is totally new, top facilities, very clean and very spaacious, also in a very calm neighbourhoood close to the subway station

Unfortunately, the wifi was broken when we stayed there which was quite important for us at that time trying to get into our flight info.

Location was great - really easy access to the aiport train. The room was clean and welcoming along with the hosts. Shared rooms were spacious and clean.

Wifi didn’t work - nobody could get it to work. The lady who met us tried to help but other guests said they couldn’t get it to work either. Also, when booking, we were advised a shuttle bus service from Mr Kim would pick us up at the airport, (15,000 KRW each) We just had to msg them when we had collected our luggage. Unfortunately, this did not happen & after a few attempts of msging Mr Kim, we took a taxi each (my friend & I were on different flights & times). I advised the guesthouse of this issue, showed them msgs & their responses & they said that was different people running the guesthouse then. I wasn’t happy … Beware if booking this guesthouse & you’re expecting to be picked up from airport.

Mr Kim's pick up from the hotel was very valuable. The guesthouse is very close to the airport and also to Useo train station. Staff at the guesthouse were very friendly. The rooms are very clean and comfortable.

We were made to feel so welcome. With translation app conversation and instructions were easy. "Mrs Kim" went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and looked after.

The bed was too soft when i just wanted to sit down and pack stuff or watch tv. But i think sleeping on it was fine. I had a little trouble finding the entrance. And having to pay for airport drop off (i still love this place anyway). Someone else wrote here that 15000 won was too expensive but i checked on kakaomap that calling a cab would cost the same, so i paid for the service anyway. Great for peace of mind when you have an early flight and don't want to be stressed from finding cabs or missing your flight. The ride took about 15 mins, turned out the airport wasn't super near (not by foot) and so I'm really glad i opted for their drop-off service!

Very clean and nice little room, and they provide milk and cereal that i could use for breakfast even if i had to fly off before their official breakfast hours. And they provide airport drop-off service, but it's chargeable.

Didn’t dislike anything really. One of the bedrooms was not ensuite. No big deal but didn’t know about it. Breakfast was make your own. Cornflakes and toast. Taxi is cheaper than guest house rates.

I was picked up at the airport and brought to this lovely homestay for an overnight visit. The room was clean and sweet. The apartment was beautifully decorated, well appointed and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Ienjoyed having a simple breakfast available in the morning. I was brought back to the airport next day. Location was convenient. Everything right outside the door in walking distance. A very pleasant stay. Thank you!

The communication was the only issue with me. I often messaged through Booking.com but would not get a response for a while or at all. However, this could be due to the language barrier. Required a pick from the airport but thankfully their taxi service is easy and straightforward.

I was taken care of really well by the property manager. She was very caring and accommodating. Always willing for a chat which I love, despite the language barrier. Especially loved that she had a dog! Reminded me of my own one at home. Definitely would recommend anyone to stay here. Good value, comfy and homey especially for those travelling alone for the first time. Thank you!

The place is within walking distance from Unseo station. My room was cozy and nice, bathroom was clean and well lit, with toiletries like hair shampoo & conditioner, body shampoo and toilet paper. Kitchen was well furnished - there was a microwave oven, electric kettle, hot & cold water dispenser, toaster, plates and cutleries. Coffee & tea, bread & butter, cereals & milk are provided.
