the rooms could have been refreshed and clean once ever two days because we ran out of toilet roll and towels.

i love the location , the view and cleanliness of the hotel most of all the shampoo smelled amazing.

Awesome location for a family beach holiday, and to go exploring the surrounds. Seoraksan National Park is only a 20 minute taxi ride from the hotel and there is some of the most rewarding and beautiful full day hikes, the Yangyang surfing school is right there for board hire and lessons and the DMZ is only an hour north (can be a bit tricky organising a driver though)

Between midnight to 8am no one is at the front desk. Parking can be limited if you arrive late.

Parking is a bit of a challenge at night, but they have an overflow lot at the back. Airco control is hidden. You have to point the remote control directly at the metal output. We had to call staff to figure this out.

TV in the bedroom would have been better in the sitting room. Some eggs and bacon for dinner would have been nice. I didn't eat the breakfast because of that. Even though it looked good there was only some salad, fruit, and 한식.

The location is great with easy access to the beach. It's also a very private beach. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The BBQ dinner for 2 with unlimited beer was great as was the wine and cheese special. Room was clean and comfortable.

Firstly we were upgraded to a lovely suite and then received a cheese and wine platter. We were only there for one night so ate in at the Hotel dining room. The meal was very good and we certainly had a lovely stay although short.

It's located a little way away from the main beach, amongst a range of extinct hotels and cafes.

The unit was very spacious and had a partial sea view. They provided a free wine and cheese platter promotion. The buffet breakfast had wide variety.

The room is very large and spacious: it can fit a big group or family for the holidays. The staff were very helpful and caring, and the view from the room is beautiful. It is perfect for a short trip to Gangneung.

The toilet tends to get wet after showering. Will be good to have a shower door or curtain to prevent water from getting out of the shower area.

The food choices were adequate and the quality was decent. Tasted good after a long hike, but don't think we would choose to go out of our way to eat here.

This was a very comfortable room for our quick weekend stay to visit Seoraksan National Park and Surffy beach. Having the option of dinner in the restaurant in the evenings was great after a long day with tired children.
