We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

South KoreaIf you stay in the deluxe room, you have to pay 10,000 extra per person for breakfast. But the junior suite has breakfast included, and it only costs 10,000 more per room. So if a couple wanted breakfast, they would pay LESS in total for the nicer, bigger room. I don't think that makes sense. And it wasn't clear on booking.com website, so I didn't know about it until after I had already booked.
Cheap, cozy, comfortable, safe, and mostly clean enough (apart from a moldy shower curtain). Easily accessible by public transport. It's on a busy road, but the windows block the sound well, so it was quiet. I would stay again.

Best hotel ever! We chose this due to its proximity on a cycle path. It was the best surprise! Lovely rooms with the best facilities. It included dinner (guests cook in a well equipped with the supplied ingredients) lots of pasta and fresh salad and fruit.

I have yet to find a hotel in Korea with beds this comfortable. Also, the tub is a substantial size is all rooms, not just the most expensive. I greatly appreciate that.

South KoreaIf you like firm beds, this isn't a problem, but the mattress is VERY firm. It took me a little engineering and positioning to get comfortable, but I know a lot of people prefer a firm bed.
The tub was GREAT! The room was very clean and the staff are delightful! The location is easy walking distance to a bunch of cafés in both directions along the river, and there is a great café/restaurant very close to the hotel. I didn't try the food at the hotel, though.

United StatesThis little hotel is a gem - a day buke ride from Seoul on lovely bike paths. The rooms are modern and clean and nicely decorated and the bathroom is beautiful. We had a partial river view which was nice. An extra plus is that they offer a large self serve breakfast which includes the owner's homemade jam which is delicious! They also let us cook our dinner in the breakfast room and even provided spaghetti and homemade sauce! Highly recommend it!

South KoreaAt the time of check-in, there was hair all over the room and in the bathroom. also the hair was on the sheets and towels. the bathroom was terribly dirty and there was mold in every corner. the curtain in the bathroom was also dirty with mould. a year ago, staying at this hotel, the cleanliness was much better.
