We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Also be aware that the hotel is not able to issue a hotel bill at checkout when booking through booking.com! They claim that booking.com will issue a bill and receipt, but this is not correct.

United States- It's very far from a subway station - not walking distance. - You need to take two different elevators to get to your room from either the ground floor or parking garage. - The lobby is not easily accessible from your car, unlike most hotels which have a drive up option to the lobby. This requires you to take an elevator just to reach the lobby, which is especially inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage. - Didn't get to try the pool but the gym is minimal - just a few machines and a bench with some weights.
Good breakfast with Korean and Western options. Friendly staff. We appreciated that the hotel was attached to a mall, which made it convenient to find eating options. It's also accommodating of international travelers, with the electrical sockets accepting pretty much every type of plug I can think of.

South Korea1) In the restaurant for breakfast, I hope that when the staff wipe out with cleaning dispenser, that micro mist can fly over to other food. Please, shorten the distance in between the nozzle of dispenser and fabric towel to wipe out on the table. Then it will prevent micro chemical liquid from flying around. 2) Swimming time is divided so short and limited its entry to once per a night.
Foods were very nice and service was good. Spacious parking lot was also good. Swimming pools for kids are nice and our kids like those.

Very clean and the people were very kind and serviable. The swimming pool was great. Kid's pool was big enough and the adult pool was calm. Highly recommanded.
