Compared to the bus terminal, location was great but otherwise was quite uncomfortable due to problematic public transportation in the city. Bed wasn't as comfortable as it looked

It had many facilities that works along with the hotel and as such have coupons and discounts from them which was awesome. The room was great.

The room is separated into a bedroom and a living room. And so, it was nice for some company to chill and the others to hang out.

There's a room for weddings and events and thus it can get quite busy especially the parking but it wasn't a big deal when we went there.

Nice hotel, the rooms are clean and there's a decent sized (free) parking. The location is really nice especially if you want to see the sun rise at the beach.

Very light and spacious family room. We certainly didn't expect it to be 2 rooms - 1 bedroom and 1 living room. Breakfast was very decent considering the price. 1 minute walk from the bus terminal, and 4 mins drive to the city centre. Recommend!

This hotel has it all. The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff is friendly and helpful, the location is fantastic with all the amenities you need, and they offer great value for money. The hotel has a convenient store which provides coffee in the morning, plenty of food options in the evening, and even souvenirs at affordable prices for guests to take away with them. The WiFi connection in the rooms is also very reliable. You can work or surf online without any interruptions or lag time. This hotel truly offers everything you could need in one place!

The view from the window was blocked by the A/C system outside. Nothing much they can do about that.

Fantastic breakfast (10000W p/p). The chef made me boiled eggs everyday during our 4 night stay upon request. I really appreciated that. The staff were all super friendly. Great Italian restaurant on ground floor of hotel. Convenience store too. Room was comfortable with a good bed.

The location isn’t great for walking around, but it is good value for the stay. We were given one key for two people, so if someone left they had to wake up whoever was in the room.

I liked the free parking, 24 hour emart, and convenient restaurant/pub.

The staff was not at all helpful. Could only speak five words in english and did not understand much. We checked in late on a Sunday afternoon after a very tiresome day of travelling and took a quick nap. Even though we asked what time the restaurant opens at (we were very excited to try this restaurant), we were never informed that the restaurant closes early- at 08:30pm. We got there at 08:15 and they could no longer serve us… The receptionist tried to direct us to restaurants that were open and we walked for about 10min in the general direction he pointed to (and 10min back) just to find out everything in the area was closed and then we got told upon our return “oh, maybe… Sunday. Close early” But he couldn’t have told us that before? I feel like as a hotel receptionist you should know if ALL the restaurants in your area are likely closed by a certain time at night before sending your guests out searching… The little coffee shop/convenience store by the hotel had no food (except ramen noodles) and snacks. The hotel itself is actually great- the specific unhelpful receptionist just made the experience leave a bitter aftertaste. Would’ve been helpful to know…
