It would be nice if has 110 to 220 volt adapter. It was difficult to charge my cell and laptop.

The spa tub in the room didn't operate. The location is such that there are only 2 restaurants within walking distance and the on-site restaurant didn't appear to be open for dinner. The lounge didn't appear to be open in the evenings either. When we asked about laundry service or a nearby laundry we were told there was none. The last day we were there we saw a laundry within walking distance that the staff apparently didn't know existed.

There is no clear direction where taxi should go from pick up and drop off. They always get lost. They should put more signage in Koresn&English for directions to guide where the entrances are. Front desk is located at the back so when we arrived, we had to walk quite a distance with our heavt luggages on a bumpy road. We probably arrived before the tourist season because some of the facilities were not ready including the pool. They seemed short staffed so you'll see the staff catering to several guests at the same time and running around. The property is beautiful but we noticed some of the interiors and exteriors are falling apart. Wear & tear of the climate perhaps, the property need some maintenance before it completely goes bad. We noticed the ceiling had water damage /mold marks in the bathroom. They tried to patch it by painting over it but it was obvious.  There was no bed headboard instead they had 4 holes on the wall where they stuffed them with paper napkins. The floors were uneven and creeking. We don't mind the mismatch of furnitures in a hotel room as long as they are functional and practical. The furnitures are not balanced with room; for example- the dining room has only 3 chairs.( shoulde be 4) 1 bed side table,(should 2 for both sides)kitchenette but they only provide some kitchenware or dinnerware to use such as a mismatched plates(not a set but different sizes),no frying pans, no paper or kitchen towels to use.  No sugar for coffee or tea.  We had to buy our own. How can the guest use the kitchen if these things are not provided? In our booking, it says we have patio furnituresbut there was only 1 chair, no tables etc. There was not enough storage for clothing for longer stay. They only provided a small clothing rack with 4 hangers. No walk-in cabinets or drawers.  We had to keep our clothes in our luggage on the floor. Some we had to improvise and put them on the chair.

I'm giving them an 8 because of the great service from the staff. The service made our stay comfortable. Communication is still a challenge but the staff try their best to understand with apps translation. They were attentive&courteous;  the receptionist who helped us with our day trips arrangements ,the servers at the restaurants and room staff that clean our room and changed our towels regularly. The property is beautiful and massive, w/ gardens,pool (though no water when we came),views of the ocean and country side. We loved the privacy. They have several kind of accommodations to cater for different guests. Our room was clean  spacious equipped with living room, kitchenette, dining, bedroom and a nice sectional bathroom with jacuzzi. Big windows with amazing views. Glass door that opens to the patio. Room has great lighting with switches all in one location. Modern furnitures ( the sofa is new) ,appliances (tv, mini refrigerator,microwave, electric kettle, stove tops,AC,heater) and fixtures ( bathroom remote control, bidet & other functions) Our favorite part of the room is the bathroom. Separate area for toilet, sink,shower and jacuzzi.  The vents and water pressure (hot&vold) works well. Shower had a standing and removable one. Some toiletries available(missing lotions & conditioner,). Clean towels that they replaced daily.  Free slippers and water bottles. Great breakfast choices. Booked it early(expensive by our standards) Bed and linens are clean and comfy. Property location is within walking distance to the trail and restaurants. There is a grocery inside the property.

Our duplex apartment's entrance was on the second storey without lift access, making it very difficult to move heavy luggage especially when it rained. Our group had another room in the block next to the reception. There was no access for cars to the covered car porch and we were drenched in the heavy rain. I believe the resort might be comfortable in warmer weather but the cold stone floor and unheated bathrooms is not comfortable in cooler weather.

The property advertised a restaurant but there was not one open - there was a coffee shop/ “breakfast “ open for a short time - if you pre-order. The GS25 on the property was minimal. The room could you a few repairs: the tubs jet button didn’t work (we took the knob off and pushed it manually), the screen door was a bit worn out, some of the lights flickered.

The room was comfortable. The tub was perfect! The grounds were very pretty.
