Generally nothing much to dislike on this place. Cleanliness have a lil room that could be improve (not an issue) as there were days that after the room was cleaned by housekeeping they missed a towel or some small spots. Breakfast spread is a little let down.

Location is superb. Right next to the subway, convenient stores less than a min walk away, and the famous MyeongDong night market across the street. All that, but it's not noisy from the or overly busy. Staffs are super helpful and friendly especially the front desk.

Some other guests were asking for omelets to be made to specific orders (eg cheese & onion) but it wasn't advertised that this was an option. The bar was closed. My husband was refused access to the.smoking area on floor 6 but the area on the ground floor was sealed.

Breakfast buffet was extensive. Great location. Quiet despite central location. Responsive staff.

Size of room is alright but the fixtures/layout made it difficult to spread out 2 luggages.

Conveniently located next to Myeongdong station and airport limousine bus stop. Issac Toast’s just round the corner and there’s an Olive Young branch just a few min walk away. Comfortable room. Very helpful and friendly staff.

The odd set up of the room, there were no chairs and the electrical sockets were located at odd heights, we had to boil water from the kettle provided on the floor.

The location was easy to access, bathroom was pretty big and hot water is available! Best part was having bottled water given by the kind housekeeping staff.!!

Bath / showers are a bit of a pet hate but the bathroom was really clean and reasonably large.

The location is so convenient and near all the good shopping areas and the subway is just next to the hotel. The room was big enough to accommodate my family of 4 including all the luggages comfortably and the reception staff was very helpful and knowlegable.

We had a family room for 4 people on this reservation. The room is very spacious with a huge bathroom with a big walk in shower and bath tub. No connecting room. The hotel is on the metro/subway line 4 (blue) right off exit 3. From the airport, you can take the AREX train, taxi or limousine bus. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

One of the best location as a tourist within walking distance to Namsan Tower cable car up the hill and across the street of the bustling shopping & night food street in Meyeongdong. Pacific Hotel is located on subway line 4 (blue line) & make sure to get off at exit door #3 (which leads you directly to the hotel on your left). Waking distance Shinsagae (duty free shop), Starbucks, Meyeongdong cathedral and much more. We took the Arex train from Gimpo International airport and decided to take a big taxi when we left for Icheon International airport. There are also limousine bus stop around the corner. Many options for transportations. Our group had 3 double bed rooms for this reservation. The rooms all have walk in showers (no bath tubs), a safe, hot water pot, small refrigerator and no Microwave in the room. There were shampoo, liquid body soap, 1 bar of soap at the sink. The hotel provides toothbrushes, toothpastes and q-tips. There are no connecting rooms in this hotel. Our rooms were all on the 3 floors and close to each other which I requested n advance. The front desk staff were very polite and one of them spoke very well English. I forgot his name, but He is from a Latin America and spoke both English & Korean. He was very helpful. The cleaning crew was very attentive also. If you want your room to be made up, you just have to put the sign on the door. One of the many good choices in the Meoyondong area. I have recommended this hotel to other friends of mine and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The location is perfect. Just across the road from bustling Myeongdong. So it’s not noisy at night because it’s not in the Myeongdong street. Plus point for muslim travellers, many halal restaurants nearby. They cleaned our rooms everyday. Very prompt to our request because our AC has a lil problem and they solved it right away. Definitely will come and stay here again

This room is meant for my aged dad. Great location, noting to complain. He enjoyed his “me” time when he woke up early for breakfast. Many eateries, GS25 just downstair. Taxi alight him directly at hotel doorstep, no hassles at all!

Excellent location! Myeongdong stn exit 3 (escalator). Klook pick points nearby. Opposite myeongdong street, away from busy streets and easy to locate! Beside hotel has nice two two chicken, bbq restaurants, 7-11 and issac toast!
