We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesIt is the gentleman behind the counter that made this a 10. The facility was clean, the room was average average and had a bath tub. Even though we could hear the club next door, given the hotels location the room was surprisingly quiet. The front desk however was amazing. We were always greeted with a smile. He always provided us with suggestions on things to do and places to eat. Every time we walked into the lobby he had a small treat for us.

United StatesFantastic host. Went out of the way to make us feel comfortable. Umbrellas in the lobby, drinks in the mini fridge, rooms close together. This was definitely a great deal for the value. Super close to nightlife, but without too much noise. Very accommodating hotel manager. This is a small family business hotel and you can tell they take pride in it.

The property is in a perfect location for visiting Osan Air Base and is the heart of the SED, with easy access to shopping and restaurants. The host was very helpful and friendly. Every time we returned he’d hand us fresh cold water and was eager to make restaurant recommendations, writing out what to order in Korean for us. He let us choose between two rooms and spent at least 19 minutes explaining how to use the tv, set the air, etc.

Was blown away with how polite and thorough the staff was at not only checking us in but they went to the room with us to show where they were located, how the controls worked (good for any Americans who haven't been around Korean hotels), and if the room was good enough. Going to stay again for sure. It is an easy walk right out the Osan Air Base entry point. Perfect location for entertainment and shopping.

South KoreaI booked in booking .com at the price of 60,000 plus but the clerk told mre that their bed is not a double bed. So I paid an additional 20,000 won just to have a double size bed, which on the site is double bed .
