Absolutely beautiful hotel. many high tech stuff. Great location. Tons of stores and restaurants to walk to. The only complaint is it was very hard to get a cab in Busan.

Not much to say. Everything was smooth, and nothing to complain about. Maybe location wise it isn't too walkable but seemed doable. The elevator arrangement was funky.

The view was AMAZING day and night, but especially during the night. Location was slightly out of the way from Haeundae Beach, but I think I preferred it since it gets pretty hectic over there with tourists. Parking was a breeze, and everything was still close enough to be convenient. Did I mention the amazing view already? Even the view from the bath was nice! Room had all the conveniences you'd expect from a modern 5-star hotel, and I really enjoyed the local touch - strewn around with old photos, books, and artifacts. The mini-bar was loaded and had variety of snacks ready to go if one decides to chill in the room, and he TV allowed for screen-mirroring from a mobile device if you felt like watching something other than the local offerings. Concierge was friendly and very receptive of requests. Didn't try out the restaurants/breakfast/bakery. They had a florist on-site if one needs it for a special occasion.

Never quite got the hang or understanding of the lighting system in the room. Sometimes just clicking the down arrow buttons would work other times nothing would happen.

Wonderful selection of breakfast and staff was incredible especially during breakfast very efficient. Service was amazing and very polite. Hotel's location is very comfortable.

Location wasn’t as good as I thought it would be. Also constantly being asked for vax certs when we’re known guests was tiring. I’m not saying guests shouldn’t show it, but one you’ve checked in with confirmed documents that should be enough for the duration of stay.

Room was very comfortable and stylish. Dining and lounge areas were cozy.

- The lights in the room were confusing to use. Too complicated. - The bathroom door was a wooden screen with holes in it, rather than a solid door. Meaning that when showering it wasn't completely private.

The view from our room was amazing. We spent many moments looking at the Gwangan Bridge and its lights, as well as the boats. The separate lounge was great, as was the big bathroom with 2 vanities. I also liked that the toilet was separate to the bathroom. The breakfast was good value, especially as there was a 20% off discount if you went between 6:30 am and 8:00 am. The staff were all very friendly and responsive. The swimming pool was great and wasn't too warm.

It's a little far from the closest bus stop and rail station, but it's in walkable distance. Taxi prices are incredibly reasonable.

The sea is in front of the hotel, but the beach is a little far away. I made a reservation to enjoy the night view at the restaurant on the 33rd floor. While staying for two nights, I was lucky to reserve a place with a good view in the restaurant. But the taste and plating of the food were disappointing compared to other five-star hotel restaurants. If I stay again, I won't use the restaurant.

The staff was kind and the service was good. The bed was comfortable, the room was modern and luxurious. Thankfully, the friendly reception staff gave me a room on the 28th floor, so the view was really nice. I had a good time during my stay.

It's uncomfortable to take separate elevator to go anywhere. Also one of sink is licking.

Nothing. There was absolutely nothing not to like about this hotel.

Everything was perfect. To me, the staff service was the most amazing experience. They really took care of us. They really helped with any request with the utmost kindness and generosity. Excellent work Park Hyatt Busan!

No arrangement between hotel and gym for obtaining t-shirt for gym. We forget to bring a sports t shirt and asked the gym staff if they could lend us one. The staff mentioned that we need to pay for the sauna facility to get a t-shirt. However, we told them that we don’t need to use the sauna, just the t-shirt but she refused. They should try to make arrangements as other hotels in Korea have such arrangements.

Rooms have a lot of wooden paneling which gives bad odor. Breakfast is not wide enough.
