Concierge services are very good and helpful. They are patient enough to explain and provide services for calling taxi. Hotel room is spacious , new and clean. The walking trail is nice.

There was no separate shower. The shower was in a tall and narrow bath tub. It was hard to get in and out. I stubbed my toes several times in the tub's drain. Poorly designed bathroom.

Many more kids than I had anticipated - just something to be mindful of as they’ll be taking up the pools in peak hours!

Atmosphere in the lobby and hotel feels cold and steril including the hotel bar that is not inviting for a drink. The open structure increases the noise in the crowded restaurant and loud whisling wind sounds in the room when opening the balcony door.

Excellent ocean view rooms with balcony, modern and net interiors, excellent service and absolutely clean. Nice pool and direct access to the beach from the nice garden area.

Our ocean view room was very nice. We enjoyed dinner at the hotel restaurant one night and the service & food was very good. Easy walking distance to many other restaurants in the area. Lovely pool area

It’s rather secluded, if you need to eat out preferably better to self drive instead of public transport.

It’s sitting right infront of the edge of the cliff, with great view. Sadly ours was a car park view.

Prefer the pillows to be firmer. Water pressure of the shower could be stronger.

Excellent staff who always have a smile on. The concierge team was particularly very helpful and provided excellent information. Would like to highlight Mr LJ Lee who has been exceptional with his willingness to help during our stay. Spacious hotel and great location! GS25 is conveniently located within 1 min walk from the hotel premise.

Not many dining options considering the location is remote. More options for in dining and menu at restaurants could be more extensive. Considering the location, the hotel could have tied up with tours around the area for non-Korean guests.

Whatever floral fragrance they have throughout the hotel was overpowering and gave me a headache. It had an overly chemical component to it. Fortunately it did not permeate the room, but we had to limit our time wandering the lobby, cafe, and indoor common areas. I loved the hotel overall, but was glad we only booked one night because of this.

Beautiful property, ambiance was relaxing, staff was attentive, professional, and kind. The grounds are lovely and the path to the beach was a nice little hike in the morning. The cafe in the east wing had delicious bakery options. The on-site CU 편이점 was well stocked with mostly reasonable prices. And surprising my friend with a stay at the hotel featured in King the Land (Kdrama) was absolutely worth it. :)

Nothing really!!! Everything was just amazing!!!

Very new and clean hotel. Staff were amazingly helpful with a good command of English. Loved the heated pool outdoors with its amazing view of the sea. Enjoyed the club lounge F&B as well, on a daily basis and the staff there were very attentive and friendly. I was also very pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to my room booking at no charge as the check in staff felt that my original room booking would be a bit “tight” for my family of 5, and also since I was visiting during the low season, there was an opportunity for such an upgrade which I am super thankful for!!!
