Could be cleaner, the common areas don't seem to be cleaned every day, like the benches or the ground in the dining area. The doors of the showers in the dorm only go half way which is a little weird.

No lift, so luggage had to be carried up the stairs.

Fantastic location, close to both the intercity and express bus terminals, as well as bus stops for buses going to major tourist attractions in Gyeongju. Owner was very friendly and explained how to get around town in detail. Simple but satisfying breakfast of toast with jam and eggs is provided every morning as well. Room was clean and all the necessities were provided.

Stairs up after long days of walking.

Central location and with bus stations nearby, industrial design, lounge area is large and with all needed. You can store luggage before/after check in/out. Clean sheets and cozy, yet simple environment. Nearby supermarket with nice bakery section. Good wi-fi. Kitchen to prepare your breakfast.

There is a no lift so if you carry big luggage then this place may not be suitable. For backpacker like me should not be problem to walk up & down 4 floor.

The hostel is very near to the bus terminal and bus stop to all sights. The owner self-made a very useful map that come in handy. The room is clean and the self-service breakfast is good enough.

Stayed here twice and really liked it. Spacious rooms with big bathrooms. Comfortable beds. The kitchen and communal area is huge and lots of space to sit and eat. Good breakfast items provided for you to help yourself to. Good coffee!

The hotel has a good location, and the staff is very friendly. The kitchen and common area is very well equipped and stylish.

Staff is there only at check-in and before and after that nobody is there. It is confusing when you arrive as there are only signs (mostly in Korean) at the reception.

The location is good, you can leave your baggage in the lobby if you arrive early. The female dormitory looked quite new and the mattress was comfortable. Wifi was pretty good.

Constant loud background music in common area. Shower controls difficult (but good shower). We would have liked to stay an extra night but the price had doubled , presumably because it was Saturday.

The staff were hardly around but I didn’t need them anyway. It would have been nice if they spoke better English but of course they don’t have to!

The dormitory was really nice and comfy. Bathrooms were spacious and clean. Good design . There were plenty of dressing tables outside for ladies to do make up&hair.

the smart tv did not support YouTube or any app for foreigners. hence, it's useless if you don't speak Korean. A short instruction about how to use the air condition and other temperature settings (heating - hot water control) in English for non Korean speakers would be great.

It's quite loud in the evenings, walls are quite thin. If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs. It's not that clean. The place could do with a bit more cleaning.

Really good location, close to the bus terminal and the Jungang Market, also buses stop close by to all the major sites. Friendly and helpful staff. There's lockers in the communal area.

The main burner for the stove didn't seem to work, so frying eggs in the morning was not a possibility.

Very clean. Nice common area, nice staff. The female dorms felt secure, and the bed cubes/pods felt quite spacious for the price. Stayed 2 nights in early May and it didn't feel too hot in the rooms. Short walks to main bus lines, the bus station, and the main tourist attractions in the city.

The dorm rooms were very large with up to ten people, so someone is bound to have an alarm or something that to wake everyone up. Using blow dryers was allowed starting 8 am, so someone used one at that time and even if it was outside the room, you could hear it very clearly. Also, the shower stalls were kind slightly moldy and had nowhere to keep your clothes dry but in range, so you had to come out to get dressed which was very weird as a foreigner. Breakfast is entirely self service, which is fine, though the stove seemed a bit broken to me with only one area working. The light in my bed did not have a bulb, but I didn't report it, so that is on me. Looking at the ratings I just expected more.

The room was only superficially clean. The reception was mostly empty and no one was there who could have given advice on what to see or where to eat. There was also no one there during breakfast, so when I arrived for breakfast (usually around 30 min before it ended) there was already no more coffee. Lastly, the walls are thin, so unfortunately I woke up several times during the night, because there was music / people screaming outside.

The property has potential. The lobby is quite nice with plants tables to chill at during the day or in the evening. The rooms are spacious enough.

No room cleaning unless you stay 3 nights or more. However, towels change etc are available at front desk.

Nice hotel/hostel type accommodation with good location. Very near major attractions & bus stations. Single room is good size and comfy with good wifi. Quiet except for occasional road noise. Nice lounge area & simple fix your own bkfst. Good info from manager about places to visit.
