In the evening, you cannot find any restaurant near the hotel. Most restaurants nearby are closed early.

The hotel is located very close to the airport. From the hotel, it is easily accessible to the oceanfront.

*restaurants seemed over priced *needs to be clear on UK website for booking about pool hats - in the UK this is not something we do. We were confused! *the gap on the balcony, especially on a Children’s room was far too big- very dangerous for a crawler and a toddler!

The room although comfortable was a bit old and so are the toilet fittings.

Location can feel a little far off. Definitely don’t go to Jeju without a car.

One of the reasons we booked the hotel is because it has an indoor swimming pool and my young kids were very keen to go swimming. However the pool was set up only for "serious" lane swimming which my children found off-putting and they didn't want to use the pool. So bear this in mind if you have young children who like to go to pools just to splash around and have fun.

I absolutely love the design of the hotel, in the style of a luxury cruise ship. It gives the hotel a unique character and makes for a refreshing change from the generic design of many other hotels. We had an extremely warm and personalized welcome from Joe, the guest relations manager who spoke excellent English and helped us out several times with various requests during our stay. The family room was very nice, and our kids really appreciated the bedroom that was specially designed with kids in mind. The sea views were wonderful, and on a couple of mornings from our balcony we enjoyed the sight of the famous women divers starting out their days' work. Despite what some reviewers have said, that the hotel is located "out of the way", we actually found the location to be very good. A pleasant 5-10 walk along the boulevard takes you to an area with lots of cafes and restaurants, and Black Pork Street is also nearby where you can sample the famous Jeju black pork. Around 15-20 minutes walk takes you further into Jeju city with the markets and other restaurants and stores. The hotel is also less than 10 minutes drive from the airport so it's a very convenient place to stay if you want to be close to the airport. For sure, there are locations on other sides of the island that are more touristy and have more attractions nearby, but if you rent a car you're always within an hour or so from any corner of the island.

Second time staying as a family with 6 abs 8 year old. My 2 favorite thing about this hotel: beddings are so comfy and nice, pools are great addition for families with little ones.

it was very hot in the room. A/C was not working. It is a usual situation for Korean hotels in winter, but I expect that hotels with a rate of 5 stars can use A/C for room cooling, but unfortunately not.

As a five-star hotel, everything was good. I am very satisfied with your services but a little disappointed about your extra charge of the swimming pool cost! Why do you need 2000 or 5000 won for the little swimming cup.........I don't understand? If you want to get it then fix it with your room price. Suddenly anyone can get angry.

The hotel is close to the airport, so you hear the planes land and take off. But, this is nothing a pair of earplugs can not fix as the sound is not overwhelming. Also, there aren't any late flights, so it is only early morning that this is an issue.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The service is fantastic. The rooms are spacious. The food is a bit on the expensive side, but, the quality is great! So you do get your your money's worth. The location is also perfect as everything you need is within walking distance. Entrance to the indoor swimming pool and the gym is included in your booking, unlike another popular hotel we stayed at in Jeju. We will definitely stay here again!

The ocean side was great and had nice outdoor decks but it should be known that it is on a major road and that the airport landing traffic goes past the hotel. Not bad at all, but something to be aware of.

The hotel and rooms were great and has everything you need. A solid full service hotel. The staff was great and there were multiple restuarants, spa, and convenience store in the hotel.

Parking was tight but it’s normal for Korea. Toilet water pressure was horrible. Had to hold done the lever for a long time to ensure it flushed properly. I and this same problem when I stayed there a couple of days ago. Would I stay here again. Yes.

Good location. Large property. CU store inside hotel. Staff was excellent. Extremely helpful. 5 stars Breakfast was okay. I thought it would be a little better but it was alright. Dinner buffet was excellent. Well worth the money. Highly recommended. Shower water pressure was good.

The air conditioner was not functional and despite in early spring, it made the room so humid and uncomfortable even with the windows open. The staff weren't willing to accommodates with fans.

We enjoyed the gym and pool facilities, but it is disappointed that we can only enter once a day and that a sauna came at an additional cost. The morning buffet was great because it opened early and had wide selection of vegetables and proteins that could accommodate a variety of diets. I love that it include a variety of asian cuisine including Korean.

Many outlets in the room are universal, so there is no need to use an additional adapter for your electronic devices, which was very convenient. The Bell Boy took our bags straight up to the room, which isn't something I've seen often.

The bathroom was a bit old, Worst taxi management service of the hotel. My taxi driver came 15-20 minutes late. Luckily I didn't miss the flight.
