It was a lovely typical house. Even though we slept on the typical Korean beds, on the floor, it was super comfortable. The owner of the house is very welcoming. We also forgot our glasses in the taxi to go to the station and she sent it back to Seoul hotel. Thank you for everything! We really enjoyed it!

It is a very special location in which you can try a typical Korean accommodation. The mattress is on the floor and the room is very essential but it’s an experience. Lovely stay!

Absolutely lovely stay. It’s a beautiful guesthouse with a very kind owner. The breakfast was generous and varied. Sleeping on a thick mat on a floor with ondol heating was fine; it was almost too warm!

Really traditional hanok. We stayed only 1 night but it was comfortable, floor heating in winter was really good. Toilets were clean. Small towels and hairdryer was provided. Ample street parking for cars. Overall a very comfortable stay.

Hanok Raon was such a fantastic stay, set in a beautiful garden, really comfortable accommodation, lovely host and great location not far from the main attractions of Gyeong-ju.

Being a hanok the room was basic, only mats on the floor. But this is part og the experience. The location was really good, within walking distance of downtown Gyeongju and the tomb area. The garden was cozy and the hanok well kept. The host got up very early in the morning to make sure that we got on the taxi to reach an early train. I can only recommend this hanok guest house.

A very beautiful Hanok which is very well maintained and decorated. The lady host is very nice and is always available when help is needed. She even prepared cherry tomatoes and yellow melon for breakfast, and the kitchen is well equipped and can use from 8am-11pm. Simple breakfast such as bread, egg, homemade jam, ramen, coffee and juices are provided which gives a nice touch to our stay, especially when we craved for light snack at night and we could help ourselves to the supplies in the kitchen. The property is clean and wifi is strong. The tatami mattresses and comforter is so comfortable that we had problem waking up in the morning to start our day. The property is close to many eateries and cafes; and places of interest. We need to park our car along the road side and is not a problem.
