No convenient public transport to the hotel from the airport for those who don't drive. The taxi fare was reasonable though.

We arrived early, and the room was not ready yet. We thought we might rest by the poolside, but we were told the pool only opened after 3 pm.

The procedure of handling lost and found was unsatisfactory and barely reasonable! Mainly not attentive enough, and for not notifying me of having my back up phone left behind the property immediately rightafter my departure which directly postponed the whole process of getting my phone back. If they got me notified timely, I would have arranged the local posting from Jeju to seoul during my following 4 days in Korea. (email and other contact has been left via my registration during checkin) However, I only got a message confirmation a week after, until when i send my request to the reservations team once I first realized my phone may have lost during my stay there. Apart from neither informing me in a timely manner nor notify me proactively, the whole process of getting back my phone made me anxious and upset as well due to the said policy was not allowed to return the lost item via oversea courier even I've committed that the postage cost will be covered from my side as I shoud be resonsible for. By then, no alternative suggestion was provided except local postage is the only mean. Please imagine that seldomly overseas tourists are able to provide local address!!! The following story is all the way tired as I have to arrange the oversea courier by my own. If i could be notified about my lost item earlier, the experience of getting back my phone won't be that worse!! Sincerely hope that the lost and found policy should have reviewed by your team shortly.

As being used to German breakfast this breakfast was not worth it. Pool is not open in the morning.

The room is clean and big with a big and comfortable bed. The location is directly next to the sea and near to the Black Pork Street.

Since many guests drink and eat in the rooms in the evening, there is a smell in the entire hallway while the rooms are being cleaned. That's not very pleasant when you walk across the hallway in the morning. But this is only the case during cleaning.

I had a room with a sea view, which was very large for me alone. There are many restaurants and shopping options nearby. It took me about 15 minutes to get to the hotel by taxi. The staff is very helpful. The hotel also has a smoking area which is located in the covered parking lot.

It was a great stay! The hotel was nice and clean. We enjoyed the pool. Breakfast had a lot of options to choose from, I would definitely recommend this place.

The hotel didn't accept either of our credit cards and there are very few ATMs on Jeju that accept foreign cards so we had to go back to the airport to actually get cash. I suspect the hotel staff would know about this, but we were basically given directions to an ATM that didn't exist and had to figure out the hard way that we should go back to the airport after trying to find several ATMs with each single one not working for us. It gave us a lot of stress and it would have been nice if we could have paid through booking because then this would not have happened. We also had one of those electric toilets in the room which would start making a symphony of beeping sounds at random times, so we decided to unplug it. Finally, the location of the hotel is nice by the water, but it is quite far away from the busier parts of the city itself.

During our second day, they didn't warn us that the water was cut off because of a water malfunction downstairs, and offered a solution only when we called them. They made us pack our things in 10 minutes and move rooms. It was very sudden and they could have been more proactive or offered us some compensation or something for the trouble. Not the best service because of this. The WiFi of the new room kept disconnecting and the bathroom did smell a bit weird, we were not happy with the change of rooms.

Access to the pool was nice and the location. The breakfast wasn't the best I must say but the pub food and beer deal were decent. We were pretty happy with it at the beginning.
