The only thing that bothered me was the main entrance was out of order and remained open for most of our stay (a full week). Seoul is super safe but we would’ve felt safer leaving our valuables in the room if it had a safe. Otherwise, this is a great place to stay. You’re not in the middle of all the actions but you get a super cozy and well-appointed room with 6 beds. Can’t ask for more.

The location is good. Emart is right next door and there are enough places to eat in the neighborhood. It’s in the middle of the city with a subway station and bus stops all within 15-20 minutes away via walking. The room was ideal for us because it came with 6 beds. And it’s very well-appointed with an artistic touch. Has a big fridge and being that it’s more airbnb-ish than a traditional hotel, I liked that we weren’t bothered by a maid each morning. Super fast wifi and an open shower alp make it feel like your own small studio in Seoul than a hotel. That was a plus for us.

I think sometimes the keypad before the elevator would almost run out of battery, but we were able to get in although it gave us a warning. At first it was a little hard to find, but it is easy once you find it.

The staff was super accommodating! Best service ever! It is also pretty close to things that we needed such as convenience store, bus stop, coffee, and food. It was cold when we went and the floor and beds are heated! The service was excellent, and the room was super cute as well. Also it has a washer in it which made out lives easy!

The slope before the front path was a bit tricky when there was snow.

The supermarket is very nearby. The local restaurants are good.

The owner was actually enjoying hosting guests. Restaurants and E mart within walking distance. Riding buses and subways were easy enough from the house. We left one of the luggage, and the owner helped us get it back. Cleaning service was good as well

Only downside to this place is the nearest metro station is always a 15-20 minute walk, though you can take a bus to get there quicker. So please bear in mind that it takes a bit longer to get to the other districts in Seoul, like Itaewon or Hongdae.

Great value for the price, we had a great time during our stay. I stayed here for a week with my sister. We each had our own big bed and there was more than enough space for our big suitcases. We had our own kitchen and washing machine, and overall the place was comfortable and clean. Across the street is a shopping complex with a supermarket. It's a one minute walk from the nearest bus stop that can get you to places like Dongdaemun Market and Myeongdong.

The place was clean, the location is excellent because it was in a calm place, close to some restaurants, close to a big supermarket and shopping center, and close to 2 metro lines. Ponny is also such a lovely person, very helpful, fast to answer the phone/messages. We would definitely come back if we travel again to Seoul.

Maybe can consider putting a plastic cup in the toilet so can rinse mouth with a cup of water after brushing teeth. Also can put a sponge or cloth in the bathroom so we can wipe the basin if it gets dirty.

I liked that it is like a home where we can cook simple stuff and wash our clothes and watch TV. It is so comfortable with the multiple pillows. The multiple chargers available is nice too. Although there is no dryer, we are glad there is a clothes rack to hang our clothes.

Nothing, it is Awesome!

The property is immaculate with everything you need. It is Located a very short easy walk from Sinseoldong station. Ponny is thorough, incredibly helpful and accommodating and I cannot sing her praises high enough - Ponny is a m a z i ng!!! The unit is also on the doorstep of Venezia Megamall - which has a supermarket on the B2 level. Make sure to check out the unbranded section for cheap snacks. We lah lah loved Residence Unicorn - feel extremely reassured that you are making a great decision when booking here. ♥️💯 Thank you Ponny!!

We did not have shelves or wardrobes, which meant that we needed to keep our clothes in suitcases. But there was no room for them to be honest so it wasn't a big problem, in the end.

The owner was super friendly, made sure that we had everything we needed for the trip. She even gave us an option to choose our room from 2 different ones because we stayed in Korea for two and a half weeks. The room was lovely and unique, it was perfect for a long stay. The location was also very convenient. And the owner warned us about cleaning days 1 day before and the time of it, and if we had any questions she would always answer us very quickly. We had a great time and for a big group it was the perfect place to stay at, we will be going back there for sure.

We love everything about this stay. It’s near to convenience store . Near to bus station , around 4 mins walking distance and subway Dongmyo station around 15 Mins walked. The host very friendly and helpful, the day before we check-in she chatted and informed us everything about the location , transportation access and etc.. we requested for iron , and she immediately take action provided us even during that day was Chuseok. And on the last day , she provided us what transportation options we have and then she helped us to book taxi as well . Our small apartment enough for four of us . It’s very lovely and homey. Everything provided from the small kitchen, fridge, microwave, tv , korean adapter , washing machines except dryer for laundry , but that’s fine because they provided the rack to hang clothes. Overall, we felt very satisfied with this place and highly recommended..

I liked everything

It was amazing stay with a lot of great parts about it. 1. Host ponny was amazing, she was really welcoming and helpful. She was basically our guide starter pack when we first got there 😄. 2. Room was pretty big and I really liked bed. It was great value deal for sure. 3. I liked the location. It was in the middle of most sightseeing locations so you would easily get to bus/metro and reach all popular locations at around 30-40 mins.

The front of the facility is a garage area with multiple cars so it was a bit confusing to find the entrance at first.

The location was great in terms of accessibility to transit and food. Also, the room we had (3 bd) was very clean and spacious. Ponny was so helpful for any questions we had and super friendly.
