How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Nice comfy bed, good breakfast, nice location not too far away from metro or train station, nice staff! In the suite I liked the bathrobes and the tub for a nice spa moment. I like this hotel and this was second time staying with them.

Everything was fine.
Very good location. Staff was very helpful. Room ia spacious and big enough for 3 person. Breakfast was more Asian style, but delicious.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is great. Close to do many great restaurants and shopping. Plus easy to get to a main train station. I also thought the breakfast was good.

There is nothing to dislike about this hotel.
We loved the steamer in our room. We were there to attend a wedding, and the steamer helped keep our clothes wrinkle-free. The room is very spacious and there's a huge hot tub too. Breakfast was good as well.

Bed was very hard, can of bug spray in the room is sketchy (but we didn't see a bug problem), wifi worked but was too weak to back up our pictures
Clean, large room, inexpensive, great buffet breakfast with eastern and western items, excellent location near lively area with restaurants and parks, nice charging cord with several connectors, would stay here again

It was noisy! Street noise continued until about 5am on a Friday night/Saturday morning and even on the 5th floor stopped me from sleeping. Also, and this is a small thing, there wasn’t a bedside table, light or socket on one side of the bed.
Good location, lots of space in our room including a separate sitting area, (executive double), spa bath was lovely. Breakfast was excellent and the bed was comfortable with quality linen. Decent sized towels too!

If the floor was a nicer material, the hotel room would have felt like a 4 star hotel. The reception was slow to attend guests for check in despite having two staff at the back room.
The bathtub was large and clean. The water pressure was good. The windows were double layered and completely soundproof and heatproof. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The walls also contained universal adapters.

Frankly I know they didn't clean my room quite well. I have a hair phobia and there has been a few hairs in the shower (not mine) since the first night I was there. I completely avoided that spot in the bathroom because it would make me puke otherwise, and yet it was still there, every night of my stay ecen though my room was "cleaned" (it was in a very obvious spot)
The breakfast was great and the size of the room was amazing. Shower+bathtub was great

Nice hotel. Rooms vary a lot, but generally spacious with comfortable beds and great showers! Breakfast was ample and delicious, with lots of Korean and American choices. Staff was friendly and helpful. English spoken. Location was good for access to train station, buses and walking to shopping districts of Daegu.

The room was quiet, spacious and very clean. The tub was amazing and the TV was huge! Great location! Close to shopping and lots of places to eat. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

I hope it was sound proof. I couldn’t sleep because at night time I could here people from outside the street. In the morning the contruction workers are loud. I couldn’t sleep and concentrate on my homework.
