The walls were kind of thin. It was easy to hear doors slamming, or anything going on in the hallway.

I loved how it was not too crowded, but also so close to bus + subway stations. Getting around was super easy, and the staff was helpful. They even upgraded my room for free! 20th floor with such a great view.

The location is excellent, bus stop is just opposite to the hotel. 5 minutes walk from the metro station. 7-11 and coffee shops are nearby. Excellent staff and speedy check-in/out.

The facilities of the hotel was very new and well maintained. I been to Japan quite a bit and could tell the hotel has a lot of japanese influence, such as heated toilet seats, seperate toilet and bath room, a lot of attention to detail was made such as wall hangers for jackets and coats. There's also 2 washer and 2 x dryer on 10 and 24 flr which operates on a laundry card that you can purchase from the hotel lobby. Location is pretty near the subway about 4-5 min walk, surrounded by many convenience stalls, cafes and restaurants. This is by far the best hotel out of our 13 days in South Korea

The main entrance's automatic doors are confusing the first time you use them, and they haven't closed properly during the last few days of our stay. However, this doesn't affect their overall quality.

Nice bed, clean sheets, and a good bathtub. The cleaning products and the room’s layout are perfect. Locations are so convenient from airport or to the city’s main spots. The quality of this Hotel is superb. We would love to try the other branch of their hotel around the globe.

It is always great to have a fitness room, but there were no fixed or free weights.

A very clean, modern hotel. The rooms are well equipped and very spacious. There is a Hi-Tech free coffee machine in reception. The hotel is very close to two metro stations and was excellent value. The staff were polite and kind.

This didn't botherme but the elevators are incredibly slow and it is a 5ish walk to gongdeok station so take that time into account when leaving.

The staff took care of us. Check in and checkout was seemless. Also even got a room upgrade which was excellent! The room was incredibly clean and had the amenities we needed. The location is also amazing - so many restaurants around.

For some reason it was never quiet even during the night. There’s bound to be some kind of noise (door slams, vents, toilet extractor fan, aircon etc..). It’s not unbearably loud but maybe because I was quite ill during my stay so I was in the room more than usual to notice these. Other than that all was great!

Location is in the middle 2 subway stations, coffee place just below and bus stop just a short walk away. Lifts can be quite slow, but not too bad. Toilet is big with separate shower and bathtub. Quite a number of food options in the area too.

Breakfast choices were very limited. The bed was not comfortable and a bit too firm. The additional pillows in the closet were needed, as the bed only had one pillow.

Efficient check-in and check-out procedures. The room was clean and moderately appointed. The decor and overall look of the hotel was nice and simple.

Bedroom was way too warm for us. Despite outside temperatures in the 15-20 degC range, the AC was unable to lower our bedroom temp under 27 degC. The reception was responsive to this issue but the situation didn't improve. Only Korean breakfast available.

Professional staff. Modern, clean, extremely quiet hotel, good location and easy access from the main railway station. Excellent bathroom and bedding.

Despite having stayed in October, the hotel corridors were uncomfortably warm; throughout our stay, we couldn't get a bedroom temperature under 27 degC despite the AC. The reception staff were responsive to our complain but the solution to change room was not solving the issue (see feedback about our second stay few days later). There is no option available for standard breakfast, as guests are directed to an independent coffee-shop downstairs, serving pastries wrapped in plastic.

Access from ICN airport is rather quick and straightforward . Professional staff, extremely kind, despite limited English for some employees at the reception. The hotel is immaculate with excellent bathroom and separated toilet. The room size was perfect, with enough storage for our two-week trip. Excellent bedding.

There was a bit of a smell in our bathroom. But overall it was okay. Their bathroom is spacious as well and good water pressure.

We love everything about this hotel. It’s super convenient. We were also upgraded for free when we checked in or we were given a room bigger than what we booked. Check in and check out are both self service. The staffs were accommodating too. They also allowed us to leave our luggages after we checked out since our flight was still in the evening. We will definitely book and stay here again when we go back to Korea. Cheers to the whole team!

Couldn’t check in earlier. We arrived at 11:30 am and check in time was 3 pm but no rooms were available yet. So we left our luggage and went exploring.

Very central location. Nice comfortable lobby to wait to check in or to leave for the airport. Refreshments are available for free. I also liked the self-laundry option. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. 👏🏼
