Even though there was a bar to put a shower curtain on there was no shower curtain. The hallway walls look poorly maintained.

The hotel was well positioned close to bus lines, a main shipping street and with a convenience store right around the corner. The heating was generally ok, although it did not work at all times. They did have a bath tub which seems difficult to find in South Korea. It was very nice how they gave us water and fresh towels daily next to the door because we had the DND sign on.

The hotel is located near the airport in a lively area with many restaurants, bars and stores. We spent just one night, it was a good starting point to explore the beautiful Jeju island.

Due to the location, can be quite noisy if your room facing the main road. The bathroom door has no lock so just need to be aware when someone's in 😅 Maybe something common (in S.Korea) as I read in other reviews, only given 2 big towels for 4 guests room, other 2 are medium size.

The location was great, easy for tour pickup since at main road side. Easy to walk to any eateries, GS25 was just beside and Lotte Mall just down the road. This is a Chinese prominent area. Room was clean and cosy, heated floor functioned well. Cleaning and towels change, bottles refill daily. Staff available 24hrs, and there's a grand piano at the entrance. A guest was playing it when we arrived, it felt so welcoming 😄

A mosquito got into the room and there were a few bites.

The hotel is in a good location close to the shops and restaurant. The airport is only a short bus ride away (no. 600). The family room we stayed in had a single and double in the main room and three futon mats in the other room. This was comfortable for our boys but may not suit everyone. There were two toilets in the room with a bath in one and toilet and hand shower in the other. This is great for big families. The reception staff was friendly and happy to give us advice and book taxis for us. This was done through a translator app so kudos for the effort.

I liked everything. If you want a beachfront, this isn't the place. It's convenient and cheap.

It was really close to the airport and car rental places. The room was clean and looked new. There was a bath! The staff is really accomodating and friendly. No view, if that's important to you, but easy to get around from there. Lots of restaurants nearby. It even has free parking.

The checkout process was not entirely clear and dealing with the checkout staff was a little bit confusing. The room was a little too warm.

Overall, the hotel is old and it shows. Some of the towels had holes in them and some of the sheets had aging stains. But it was nothing that negatively impacted our experience. The room was warm, the floor under the beds wasn't swept, and you can't see out the windows. The bathroom also doesn't have a shower curtain.

I liked that there was no carpet. The bathroom was nice and had a full supply of toiletries including shampoo, soap, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. The location was super convenient for the airport, restaurants, and bus stops. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Couldn’t figure out the “AC” and was a little hot in the room but the windows open to let in fresh air which made it better.

Close to the airport and had multiple buses that stopped within walking distance to hotel. Multiple convenience stores nearby.

Breakfast was basic, with only eggs as western choices. But that is typical for Korea. Otherwise, nothing to mention.

Great island to visit. This location is very central for transportation and picking up tours. Very good staff and environment. Would recommend for your stay. I did 2 nites and 2 tours. East and South. The hotel works well for joining both these tours and pick up spots.

The wifi is really slow, which is very unusual in Korea. They only provide shampoo and body wash. i wish conditioner is provided too
