The car park is extremely small and narrow especially when you are driving a big SUV vehicle.

1. Hotel staff does not serve guests with a smile, does not greet guests oso. 2. Room sized was good for 3-4 pax n has a washing machine but no detergent provided. 3. No coffee n tea , spoons, cups provided. 4 basic toiletries like toothbrush, cotton buds, comb, r not provided.

Location was good n right infront of HAEUNDAE Beach. Lots of food joints, cafes , convenience stores, hotels in this area. Reasonable priced food n delicious.!

Access to the pool was not free. They only provided 2 free coupons (when we were 6 people staying for 2 nights). This was nowhere advertised on our reservation. In the end we did not really enjoy the pool because it was really small with too many people. Breakfast food was ok but the room was very small and packed. Not a cozy place to enjoy a nice start of the day.

Large room. Comfortable beds. Great location close to the beach. Staff was very helpful at check-in. They also helped us book a mini van to the station.

No fire alarm sounded when the hotel caught fire. Could have ended far worse than it did. Have had no contact with the hotel since the fire and left to stay elsewhere. Am still awaiting a response in regard to a refund for the whole situation. We were told we could have stayed the night however our room was filled with smoke and soot.

Loved our stay until the hotel caught fire and the alarm never sounded on the upper floors. As someone staying with kids we found this unacceptable and we’re lucky to be out in time before needing medical attention.

The hotel is rather dated. The shower has an water saver head (which is great) however, the water pressure is less than ideal. The beds are not great and we could feel the springs in every rib, but overall not too bad

We stayed at the 6th floor and we could hear the loud music which was happening on the streets. Also the room was very half renovated... Half the toilet was not finished plastering. The way they make the rooms was putting the duvet over the pillows and not tucked in properly

The fact that is no coin laundry service onsit and their inhouse laundry service fee was 5000won for a T-shirt is too extra. The front desk staff was not very informative about the express bus to the airport - which you would assume they would, considering the amount of tourist needing that services. Supplying information and handout regarding it would have been helpful. After much time trying to research the information (which isn't much) got the airport bus stop point only to find out we had to prebooked it (which if the staff at the hotel had given me a heads up on we could arrange prior). We ended up catching a Taxi to the airport, which turned out to be cheaper for a family of 4 rather than purchasing ticket for the airport limousine.

The staff upgrade us to a room with a view, which was very nice. Comfy beds, very spacious room. Great location. Close to shops and beach downstairs. Will visit again in the future.

Our family love the location. It is located to everything that we want to do on Gunam-ro. Next door to the Korean Traditional Market where all the street food vendors are and very close to the subway station and the beach of course. The price of our room is reasonable. Also, since we have to check out at 1100 and still has one place to visit, they kept our luggage for us until we depart the area. The staff are friendly. If ever I will visit Busan again, I will definitely stay here again.
