Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The hotel is new and opened in mid 2023 Very clean, modern, well equipped, quiet, and big size room. Big size bathroom with separate bath and strong hot shower. Good quality and complete toiletries were provided. The staffs were friendly, accommodating, and helpful. There was daily housekeeping with a change of towels upon request at the reception. Free coffee and bottled water, and microwave at the lobby with tables for a quick meal. The location is very good . All that you need is just around the area. Near the Seomyyeon station with easy access to the lift at exit 7 (near Ion City Shop). It was very convenient to go to most tourist attractions. There was also free luggage storage when we checked out and were able to go around comfortably.. it's value for your money, and I highly recommend this hotel. Most importantly, I was reassured that there were NO bed bugs as mentioned with one of the reviews. Actions were done after the review came out, and the government agencies were involved to confirm the absence of bed bugs in this hotel.

VietnamMaybe add more instruction in English for the lighting control, air conditioning control. I didn’t know that the remote for air con was integrated into the TV remote too.
Location is good. About 5-10 mins walking from seomyeon station, Lotte department store with easy eating places nearby (and food court at the lotte dept store) Staff is helpful and friendly, communicate enough in English.

I liked the location of the hotel, full of restaurants, kindness of receptionist lady, if you request anything they arrange it, the last minute parking arrangement was life saving if you consider parking is hard to find. The room had kitchen which was wonderful for family with 2 kids.

Use this address instead (Got it from the receptionist) Address: ' 부산 부산진구 중앙대로 691번가길 9 브로아 호텔 ' This is not a cons but just fyi, the surrounding is not suitable for family with kids as it is mostly places that opens until night (Adult entertainment).
Large room and bathroom (Many unutilised spaces bcs of it), walking distance Seomyeon station (Exit 7) and market, youtube on TV, basic bathroom amenities available. Newly opened on 2023, overall good place to stay. If you arrive from Busan Central bus terminal, take line 1 to Seomyeon station from Nopo station (This station connects to the bus terminal).
