The washroom should have more privacy for non-couples but all is good.

The location is very convenient and I must say it was a good choice and place to stay. Definitely, considering going back next time.

I cannot rate this place highly enough - fantastic value for money, excellent situation for metro and markets, great staff, clean, secure, extremely well managed, good wifi, generous kitchen and laundry facilities - added feature is a cute room with traditional hanok clothing to dress up in, with seat and lighting for photos!

Great location! Absolutely loved it! Close to the station and the main area from Myeongdong. So accessible to other parts of Seoul. The room was clean and enough for sleeping if you are staying the whole day out.

For the 6 nights, I would expect at least once the cleaning service for the room. I was surprised no one came to clean, take out garbage, or change the sheets.

It was clean, and the location is great. Shared kitchen is also very good and useful. Staff is very polite and helpful.

I like the location, how the rooms were clean. Easy access to extra towels and toilet paper. Friendly staff, Joon helped me organise transport for our day trips, overall friendly and helpful. Also being able to wash our clothes and having a fridge in the room is a plus. Just my preference though - I would have liked the shower and toilet to be separate, but this layout can’t be helped I suppose and it’s a minor thing that is overshadowed by all the good things.

Really convenient location and room was really clean. If you inform the hotel in advance (24hours), they can make arrangements to and fro the airport. I even made several trips from myeongdong street to the hotel since it was so convenient. Staff was friendly as well.

No chair - but there is no space for one!

The location is excellent - short walk from subway station entrance up a quiet street. Plenty restaurants available. Good walk to the two main palaces and Hanbok village and very close to Myeong Dong (food night market). Room is tiny but spotlessly clean. Windows that open - yay! Bathroom very small with shower over entire cubicle but very practical. Downstairs, there is coffee and water available, free laundry machines and some tables to eat

They provide an excellent customer service and very helpful overall. The owner can speak and write good English which is so easy to communicate when I have any questions and need a help👍. I definitely will recommend this accommodation to others. Also, the location is easy to find just 5 minutes from airport bus stops.

No daily housekeeping, but clean towel and rubbish bag are provided at common area for us to take when required

This was my second time stayed at Starria Hostel, noticed changes and improvement made on the hotel room and facilities compare to my previous stay before Covid-19. The hostel location is good, walking distance to myeongdong shopping street, airport limousine bus stop and pick up points for day tour. Can walk up to Namsan tower from the hostel. Besides, washer and dryer are provided at the common area, for free laundry.

The rooms are maybe a bit small, but if you are there to explore Seoul, you don’t need a lot of space, as you will be there mainly to sleep. The rooms are nice and quiet and we slept well!

Excellent location. Very close to Myeongdong station, Namsan. Very clean, fresh. Smooth check-in and check-out process. Nice shared spaces (eg. well-equipped and well-kept kitchen and laundry room). The room fully matched the photos and photos.
