Maybe it would be great to have some cereal options without added sugar, but I was satisfied with everything, that would be a plus.

I was greatly surprised with Stay Gaon. It is very well looked after, the amenities available are exceptional and the atention to detail is more than I was expecting. The bed is very comfortable and the toiletries (shower gel, shampoo) are great! You have everything you need for a pleasant stay and the views are a +++. It feels great to wake up in the morning and have coffee or tea in the common area. Really enjoyed and recommend throughly!

This was the best hotel and room I have had in a long time. Great location near harbour and shopping area and the hotel and room itself is so cosy decorated. They work fully remote, so you will receive your entry code by mail. In the triple room we stayed in (with 2 people) we had so much space, a great view and much day/sunlight coming in. The external bathroom was actually a super nice vanity room and bathroom in one with a great view as well. There is also free breakfast in the kitchen. I recommend this room for everyone travelling to Busan. We ended up staying even longer since they have great pricing as well.

Early check in was available. I had a cancelled flight and needed a room. I had a prompt reply from staff and was able to check in. I was so grateful as it was raining , I was carrying my luggage & my flight to Australia was cancelled. It was such a relief to checkin

Absolutely stunning place in a great location. The room was so cute and the bed was huge and really comfortable. There are great amenities and helpful, clear instructions made self-checking in and out really easy. Perfect for solo travelling. The one staff I did see kindly made me a coffee when she was making herself one and text me right after I left to tell me I’d forgotten my charger. Genuinely couldn’t recommend this place more. It’s perfect. The staff should be really proud.

Nothing much really

I love the ambience. It was so cosy. I checked in feeling really tired, but the room relaxed me. I didn't want to leave, and too bad i am only staying for a night. It is conveniently located a few bus stops away from Busan Station, and a lot of buses pass through here. All check-in information was given through the booking.com app. So it was really convenient. I would say that, when i woke up in the middle of the night... everything was really quiet and peaceful. So that was perfect.

The room was clean, the common area is all self-service, laid to be just that in the most comfortable of ways- everything was put together neatly and made ready for the next coming day, there is coffee and tea. I had a self check in that went easy and quick, the staff responds quickly via messages if you happen to have questions or requests.

The hosts support timely helping me wjth my queries. I chose to visit Busan as it was my business trip. And needed to checkin very early morning, on my special request the host really cared to accept my request. They helped me with other things and they were very supportive. Pros to stay here: 1)Self managed property, it means you will not find any receptionist or staff, so it is very calm and feels like home. It was exceptionally neat and tidy 2) common lobby area has one of the best views of the night and day life in Busan 3) the location is right next to a Huge mall that has a sky observatory, then a busstop is right outside, the fish market and shopping streed is right ahead, you wont ever get bored staying here 4) no late night entry rules 5) close to main train station can take a bus easily 6) very well organized in the space

It looks like the pictures and is a very wonderful and cozy stay :) the room is very clean and the lounge area is very nice with a good view of the sea! Would definitely recommend this stay if you are looking for somewhere in Busan:)

The common room was a tiny bit cold at night.

We were so happy, as this accommodation totally met the descriptions and all the photos! It's super clean and cosy. The common area is also stunning - they provided complimentary coffee and snacks :3 It was a nice place to do some remote work at night. Also the staff were super lovely and accommodating when we asked to check in a bit earlier.

The private shower and bathroom was a little tight, however, given the situation it was not a horrible experience. Our onigiri that was in the shared fridge was thrown away lol but that's alright. Perhaps in the future, throw it away after the guests check out.

Loved the modernity of the building. It's contemporary design made us feel very comfortable to be inside the building. Additionally, we loved the view that was offered, both from inside the bedrooms, as well as that of the common room. The natural lightning was amazing and made waking up, or coming home at night very alluring. The common room also had snacks which guests could take at their own disposal, as well as modern amenities such as a coffee machine and ice hot/cold water dispenser which was convenient when water was required. We also loved how the host was very facilitative and responsive. Through the many questions that I had, there was always a prompt and respectful response. The location was also great as well, with it only being two stations away from Busan Station, excellent if you're taking the KTX in from Seoul.

Took a while to find the building located

Great location, easy access by walk to Lotte Departure Store (WOW PASS machine located), Seafood market, Shopping street. 1 min away from subway exit. 2 mins from bus stop. Spotless clean, the common area has coffee, tea, cookies provided, with a spectacular harbour view. Definitely will visit again.

I was very satisfied with the quick and friendly response of the host when I had any questions. The view from the lounge was also great. The location is also great for sightseeing in Nampo-dong and Yeongdo, so I want to come back next time I come to Busan.
