We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

South KoreaThe greatest gripe I had with Stubborn was the noise. There was incessant banging (probably people walking upstairs) that could be heard pretty clearly, as well as some loud talking.
Location was great and the views of the nearby beach from the ocean view rooms are great. The room I stayed in had a raised bench where you could sit and look out onto the beach, which was great. It seems like a relatively new establishment so all the stuff in the rooms were nice; the bathrooms were also clean and spacious. They also give you a coupon for a cheese fondue platter and wine at night at the rooftop which offers pretty views of the nearby beach. The platter consisted of a few cured meats, dried fruits, and other cheeses.

Excellent support of reception (special thanks to front desk manager Zoe!) - helped to purchase bus ticket and book a taxi, proactively managing every step of this process. Great breakfast selection. Nice view from the rooftop terrace (except those colourful LED lights, ha ha).

The hotel is clean with friendly staff. The food is delicious, the fondue, bbq, pizza, pasta and breakfast were all delicious. Actually enjoyed the breakfast a lot. There are many hotels that fall short with breakfast... this was not one of them. The spa bath was awesome.. had huge windows that opened up. The sound of the waves crashing while we were sleeping, was so peaceful. We enjoyed it all!

Strongly not recommended at any cost. The hotel is small, room is small, KInda old. Bed is terrible. Bathroom is tiny. The beach is rocky. Despite the nice picture for advertisement, it's all decoration and all tiny, though very good photographer who make it looks so good.
I don't like it at all. The website make me write a few sentence, so I will repeat again that I don't like this hotel at all. It was the worst travel experience I've had. Strongly not recommended at any cost.
