Room was extremely clean and had a fantastic ocean side view. The fitness centre was spotless and has enough equipment to get a good workout in. The hotel staff were lovely and accommodating.

The situation in Hauendae beach is great in the heart of the shops and restuarants area, the beach promenade minutes away and a metro station 400 m away. Tyhe hotel itself has good rooms, but for a great view, can be expensive.

Entrance first floor a bit strange distribution, the bar doesn’t seem much special, better head to Grand Josun for a nice cocktail

Could not control the temperature in the room as it was centrally-controlled and sometimes the room was a little warm. There was no CNN, CNA or BBC on TV. We were on the 7th floor and the noise from the baseball batting area below our window was quite audible, even past midnight on Friday night.

Loved the view of the sea, very comfortable beds and well-designed room. Location was perfect. The laundry facilities were very good and inexpensive too.

1) Room lighting should be improved. It is very dark in our room. Also in corridors and elevator areas. 2) Not so many Asian dishes for breakfast.

I think amenities inside the room is quite old especially in the toilet like the showering handle and all.

Tried to get on to Express Bus (#1001 & #1003 if I remember correctly) from Busan train station, but bus drivers refused to get us on. We realised that only flight-cabin carrier size luggage is allowed on buses. The transportation info at the Hotel web site should be corrected with this restriction. We ended up taking a taxi to the Hotel from Busan station. The fare seemed to be around 20,000 KRW. Although I booked the accommodation with breakfast included, the reception desk told me only 2 adults are covered with this package, i.e. a child had to pay extra for buffet breakfast every morning. I guess Booking dot Com has to clarify this confusion/misunderstanding.

Prime location right at Haeundae Beach; A convenience store at the bottom of the hotel building. Taxi cabs are always lined up to pick up customers. Nice buffet breakfast.

The AC did not work and we had to open the window all the time. The downside of this was the noise from the baseball pitch downstairs and the traffic

Room smelt like a hospital ward. There was only one dryer that was working and led to long waiting times. Long wait for lifts.

can not use top roof at least to see view no welcome drink I suggest you have.special luggage storage instead put all along the window blocked our view to see outside when sit on.the lobby sofa . very bad view see tens luggage the lobby is nice but annoyed by seeing all luggage arround like a storage room

Just opposite haeundae beach. Basement carpark had adequate lots when i visited and parking was complimentary for guest. Its a 5 to 10min walk to the traditional market which i recommend visiting for dinner or snacks. Staff were friendly and there was express checkout box at the basement carpark. There is a convenience store and cafe at level 1. I went for sea view rooms and i enjoyed the view.
