The pool was closed when we went there.

Plenty of cherry blossom trees outside! The property is close to the airport and it is near a few bus stops. I liked that there is a convenience store right outside the hotel. There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Annoying rules about using the swimming pool. Guests are required to fill out a form containing details such as name, room number, phone number, etc. I don't particularly want to share my phone number with the pool attendant, nor do I feel it necessary to fill out forms while wearing my bathing suit. Ridiculous. Asking the front desk for directions is a drag, unless you can speak Korean.

The mattresses in the Korean style rooms are very thin. It is not convenient to sleep on them. We changed to standard room because of that.

The walls are thin, as such we could hear our noisy neighbors well into the evening hours.

I had a jacuzzi in my room, I paid for it to relax after a very tired week and before tra elling over sea. I fill it with water all fine, but when I actioned the bubble a dark black subtence went from the pipe right into the bathtub. It was clearly full of mold! I went to the front desk try to explain but they were not understanding english. I use Google translate and I think they replied they could not do anything about it. I decided to go to the swimming pool instead and it was crowded. If the facilities were OK, I would have say this is a fantastic venue, but none of the add on I paid for were actually functioning or available. So ...

I was slightly bothered by the dust in the corner of the hotel room, which caught my eye. Although I stayed on the 9th floor for a sea view, it didn't appear as wide as expected, and the window was narrow, which was disappointing. Above all, being located below the fitness center and swimming pool on the upper floor, there was a constant thumping noise, which was uncomfortable.

There is a bus stop called 'Sin-Kwang Intersection' right in front of the hotel, making it convenient for bus users and easily accessible for Kakao Taxis. Across the main road, there is Sammu Park, which is great for morning walks, and next to the park is a Catholic church, which was wonderful for me as a Catholic to have nearby.

The hotel never replied to the questions regarding the parking facilities I had asked through the Booking.com website before arriving . For the indoor swimming pool the use of pool towels is mandatory for which a surcharge is applicable (Won 2000). The pool towels are very small and are not big enough to cover the beach chairs to lay on. The use of room towels is not allowed. The pool is only about 1m deep which is great for kids but makes it difficult for swimming laps.

Room was clean and had a parquet floor. Parking garage was available at no extra charge. Complementary bottled water was offered every day. Hotel is close to the airport but not in the flight paths of arriving/departing planes so no problem with noise. There is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel, but as we had a rental car we never made use of public transportation. Although not located in the city center, some cafés and restaurants are available in walking distance. The indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi on the top floor offer a nice view of the airport and coast.

We were disappointed that the restaurant in the hotel was not open on any of the nights we were staying. We had been on a long journey and just wanted an easy option for food, it would have been useful just to go downstairs and grab something.

Spacious room, clean and convenient for the airport. Found the coin laundry room in the basement useful. Good BBQ across the road.

the hotel was really warm including the room. the air conditioner wasn’t working properly. turning it down to 19 degrees and was still warm.

Great location really close to the airport. Room wasn’t fancy but was large and clean and beds were comfy. Breakfast was expensive but really good selection and the food was great. Price was great - better than expected hotel given the low cost.

a bit noisy even though it’s well soundproof

everything is clean and well functional. the bed was so comfy. cleaning staff are nice and very discreet. location is really good. swimming pool are big and very relaxing with the jacuzzi. you have a barbecue place just in front of the restaurant. you can have a discount ;)
