Great location ! Limousine 6705 dropped us off about 10 mins from the hotel . Situated in the modern area of Seoul with Lotte mall ( huge shopping centre and huge food court ) next to it . Also plenty of local eateries within five mins walk . You also have a 7/11 nearby. Jamsil metro is less than 10 mins walk from the hotel . Breakfast with extensive view over the lake is to die for . Gorgeous swimming , hot bath , outdoor jacuzzi with stunning views . Really good gym for a hotel . Lovely smell and music within the hotel . I loved my room on the 28th floor . It was spacious with beautiful decor

Excellent location in the heart of Jamsil. Lotte Mall right next door with the beautiful Seokchon Lake across the street. A massive amount of restaurants, bars and coffee shops within minutes walk. Subway was also minutes away. We had a family room (2 kids under 6) and it was spacious and had all the trimmings. Very quiet with very comfy beds. Concierges went out of their way to help

I am slightly obsessed by Hotels and stay in 20 to 30 different ones a year. I have to say that this was without doubt one of the most impressive and best value Hotels that we have ever stayed in. The hotel is absolutely spotless, not a fault or flaw anywhere. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Nothing except that the shower room drainage wasn't good. It gets slightly flooded when I am in the shower too long.

We were there for 9 nights with 2 suite rooms. The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, from the door men to the receptionists. The room was spacious and clean. Great location with lots of food options around. Lotte World was only minutes walk away.

We choose to stay here for NYE to get a view of the Signel tower and fireworks. The view and room definitely did not disappoint. Staff was amazing and helpful and room was spacious and immaculate - it was expensive because of NYE but definitely worth every penny! Location was great and everything to keep you entertained is within reach. I'd definitely pay to stay again!

As a child free couple, there were a lot of young families with young kids, so this was a turn off. It could have been that we were staying during the holidays, but all of the young kids did make for a lot of noise.

Staff and location were great, especially if you’re familiar with Seoul.

Exceptional experience in this new and very quality hotel. The room was not big but quite enough for two and smartly planned. Nothing extra but has all that is needed. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Walking distance from the Theme park - a definite plus for staying with a kid.

I didn’t like the bed, its was hard. The recipes of the food in room service they need an improvement, I ordered carbonara for dinner but instead I got a spaghetti with lots of garlic and creme fraiche. Another time I ordered club sandwich and to my surprise the bread was cold from the fridge and the pieces of the chicken were thick and tasteless.

Very good breakfast, exceptional personnel, beautiful room with great view of the lake and the park. Special thanks to the concierge Mr Danny Kang and the lounge manager Ms Jisun Park for their kindness and all their efforts to make my trip unforgettable!!!

Amazing view towards Lake & Lotte Tower from Luxury Lake Room. Elegant bathroom. Gastronomic dining in MIO. Awesome breakfast buffet. Roof bar, Latitude32, a nice ambiance for night drink.
