I really enjoyed the stay there. The kitchen area is really big and invites to sit down and talk with people. The staff was really friendly and helping when I had a question. Everything was clean, and comfortable. I recommend staying there. Also the location was really good. Just 5 min from busan station.

There is no washing service, but this is no problem since there is a Coinwash really close to the hostel (maybe 10 min walk or less)

Very hard mattress. Poor ventilation in the room (at one point we were four people and the air was very stale) - opening the window would have resulted in noise from both the street and the a/c unit on the opposite building. Short and rather transparent curtains (on the lower bunks only). Showers are two floors up from the mixed dorms and accessed via the main staircase and elevator.

Great location right by the train station. Spacious and comfy common areas. Kitchen by far the largest and best equipped I've seen at a hostel in Korea. Modern facilities. Showers amongst the best I've seen at a hostel, period (with a large wet and dry zone). Friendly and very helpful staff that go the extra mile. Impeccably clean.

Beds in the dorm are fairly basic bunk beds, they were comfortable but for the price some more robust beds with better privacy curtains would be great. Still enjoy my stay though

This hostel is in a great location. I was so lucky when I stayed because not only did I have the whole dorm room to myself but also the whole female floor! The shower is located on a separate floor but this did not bother me. Location is great, right beside metro and KTX.

The shower were not in the same floor like the rooms. So you have to use the elevator or stairs to go to shower which were in the same floor as reception. This was a little bit inconvenient.

The staff was really professional and kind. They were willing to help with any kind of problem.

Sohostel has a rather "big-hostel" setup, however it still felt quite cozy and safe. The rooms were clean and quiet and there were two common areas including a fully equipped kitchen to hang out with fellow travelers. The location right next to the train station is very convenient. Overall I was very happy with the choice.

One small minus thing to mention, showers aren’t open for use between 11-16 (cleaning hours). It’s ok if you just remember it and plan your morning shower accordingly. I forgot this on my first morning..

The host family was very lovely and helpful. They helped me to purchase train tickets as I had some problems with Korail. Cleanliness was good.

Shower rooms are located on a different floor from the rooms, so elevator or stairs are used to get up there. The room itself is only playing a role of a place to sleep, so the only option to talk with each other, read a book or watch something is the community area upstairs.

Proximity to central train station and various restaurants. The facility is well equipped, especially community areas such as kitchen and living room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. In addition, mid-size towels are provided at the check-in and changed to new ones on request.

You don’t have curtains and can look at other people. The toilet is outside and you always have to go there

It is really close to Busan station. It is the cleanest hostel I’ve been to and you have so much space.
