Breakfast was included in the daily rate but we only received meal vouchers for half the members of our family. The hotel staff explained that this was due to some advertising error on Booking.com. We noticed a strong smell of cigarettes in the hallways on some days during our stay.

The hotel was within a 5 minute walk from Chungmuro station on the Seoul Subway so is well positioned to easily access the rest of Seoul. Myeongdong is a bit of a long walk but is only one stop away on the subway. There are two GS25 convenience stores on the ground floor and a variety restaurants of restaurants in close proximity to the hotel. The staff at the hotel spoke good English and were helpful when approached. The room itself provided enough space for our family and was well-presented.

Initially the receptionist he doesn’t allow us to store our luggage for free but fortunately I had written the letter to the receptionist for asking free luggage storage before we departing to Seoul. Regarding to the mail he finally accepted to give us a privilege for it. They did not provide the card for the power generator that we have to use our own tmoney card to switch on all the power that a problem for self check in. Hope they will improve it.

I like the self check in system and the housekeeper was cleaning the room every day and providing the new numbers bottles water and supplies.

Since a washing machine is available for use, would have been nice to have a drying rack available as well. Fridge is too small. Instructions on operating the radiant heating would of been nice.

The shower strap was not cleaned. There was hair on the side of the shower wall and the bathroom sink drain was clogged making water not drain properly

The maid did not come to clean room everyday. But when I called and asked for new towels, they come help immediately.

The hotel location was great, exit7 at Chungmuro station. And there are many local restaurants nearby. GS25 in on the 1st floor. I would definitely stay here again if I back in Seoul.

Could smell smoke from the smoking area being too close near the cafe and hotel entrance. Also, in the rooms, there is a kitchen but no cutlery or cooking utensils provided to use for visitors.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and there was a helpful convenience store located inside the hotel.

Near Chungmuro / Euljiro 3 ga station and walking distance to Myeongdong and Dongdaemun station. Lift is available at exit 7 of Chungmuro station. Lots of eateries nearby, microwave and laundry available in clean and quiet room.

One station away from Myeongdong, nearest subway station is 3mins away by foot. The family suite was perfect for my family, we had a lovely stay, very spacious 2 bedroom suite. Restaurants and bars just down the building, very convenient.

The hallways of the hotel need a better maintenance job.

Great location - within walking distance to many restaurants and cafes, as well as to many attractions- and very comfortable room! The staff was also very nice.

In the lobby there were no armchairs and couches so if you call a taxi you should wait standing. The slippers provided in the room were not new (which was unexpected) - many different guests used them before. There were no toothbrushes and showercaps provided. No kits to clean your shoes. Also i found someone else's hair on the new bathrobe at the 1 day so i decided not to use it. However maybe this is the feature of all the hotels in the country - i don't know. I just compare with the similar hotels in Europe, Turkey, UAE. However all of the above was not a problem for us. It was just unusual based on our travelling experience.

The location of the hotel is very convenient (5 min walk from the subway station Chungmuro). There was a 24 hour supermarket at the 1 floor and a lot of cafes nearby. It was rather clean, the cleaning lady visited our room every day and changed towels regularly.

It was a great stay overall, except that the lights on the facilities in the room could disrupt sleep for this who are light sensitive. Staffs were friendly, check in was done smoothly too with English speaking staffs. Cleaners were great too cleaning when needed and did not disturb if we did not ask to make up room.

Stayed 8D7N in Family Suites : 1) Kitchen is FAKE and non functional despite it is a selling point from website. Even if I have confirmed with hotel CS that cookwares could be borrowed ( attached photo) beforehand, I got replied from front desk staff when approached: NO COOKING in the room, NO cookwares could be borrowed here. I cannot cook for my 2 year old kid. 2) Washing machine is very important for a family travelling with kids for a relative long vacation, so we pick a hotel that can cook and can wash clothes . However, the washing machine turned out prompting “IE” error code whenever rinse procedure started after so many times and days trials. I went online and searched the code which tells NOT enough water supply…… finally hand wash…..we didn’t want to change rooms during our last days of stay as moving all stuff out is so difficult when you laid out everything and every corner of the room. Advised the hotel to fix the washing machine problem of room 53x ( family suites) . 3) most of nearby restaurants closed during Sunday. 4) Air conditioner is there but the remote control is taken away (maybe due to winter ?). one air exchanger/ refresher in the living room is definitely not enough to ventilate the a family suites with two rooms .

There were some parts of the room that were sloppily cleaned. There was dust under the bed.

All the staff are kind. It's close to the station, the room is spacious, and the cost performance is good.

The hotel location was very strategic! Nearby subway station, bus stop (incl. limousine to Airport), coffee shop and bakery. Only took 15 minutes by walk to Myeongdong shopping area. In the same building, it's also have GS25 mart and coffee shop.

There is no plugs in the bathroom and no plugs close to the bed. Only USB plug close to the bed in our room.

Everything great, room very clean, staff friendly and helpful, position is very Convenient, there is a nice gym, close to chengmuro subway. There is a a convenient store at 1st floor open 24h and nice coffee shop. Very recommended

Surrounding area local, view. I stayed in 2 different rooms at different times. A good view is not guaranteed. If you book just to spend nights, it’s a great choice.

Location is great, near airport limousine bus stop, near train stations, near shopping, lots of restaurants. Has a cafe, convenience store and buffet restaurant. Not a fancy area, but nonetheless safe to walk at any time. Staff is professional and extremely helpful to international travelers.
