Difficult to move around because they dont have any transport to cities. Staff could not communicate in english.

Love everything about the place. Really huge n spacious with amazing views from our balconies! Love how the place is clean too. We can cook anything there and rice cooker provided too. Good thing they have built in bidet so no worries for muslims! Park around the hotel is beautiful and less crowded too. Love the surrounding especially when it snows. Will definitely come back here again!

Convenience - there's a shuttle bus to Sono Moon, which is a few steps away from the ski resort. Would have been perfect if it went straight to the ticketing entrance. Privacy - only two units per floor, and just a few floors per building.

The property was a walk away from a small mall and there’s no chartered bus from our accommodation. We also had to managed our own luggage upon arrival and was a walk away from the main tower. There isn’t any hotel drop off and was quite confusing.

The apartment was spacious and could fit a family of 6 comfortably.

The 2 other rooms and master bathroom were a little dimly lit. Will prefer the rooms to be brighter.

Nice hotel with clean and spacious rooms. There is a convenience store, bakery and some quick bite options available within .A 15-min stroll will take you to Vivaldi Park ski place area where food and entertainment options are aplenty . Alternatively, one can take the free shuttle bus which ply between Sono Felice to Sono Moon (which is just opposite the Vivaldi Park ski area) every ~ 10 mins. The room assignment starts at 12 noon and actual check-in to rooms is at 3 pm. It was easy to store our luggages at the B1 concierge area first before the 3 pm check-in time, and they can help to send the luggages to your room after you get your room assigned. We got a high floor room this round which offered nice mountain and ski slope views.

Staff Shin sang Seob is exceptionally helpful. Our driver drop us at Sono Belle. As we were travelling with young kids and elderly, it was a very far walk to Sono Felice and difficult to manage our luggage. He took initiated to send us to our hotel using security vehicle. We are very grateful for the kind gesture and it makes a great lot of difference.

The food stalls at Urban Court at Vivaplex Mall closed around 7:20pm which I felt was quite early.

The suite was huge with 3 bedrooms (2 with beds, and 1 with futons). I was in Tower C and got a great (albeit diagonal) view of the slopes. There is a shuttle bus that runs between Sono Felice and Sono Moon every 10-15 mins. Sono Moon is connected to the underground Vivaplex Mall where all the recreational facilities are. It is also linked to the ski centre. Towels are provided at Sono Felice! (As I read in Sono Moon’s reviews that no big towels are provided there)

It is an advantage to spend a quiet vacation, but ironically, there are no facilities other than a small mart and restaurant, which can be a disadvantage for those who enjoy eating out or like activities. Unlike what was expected to be quiet, the surrounding landscape, the panoramic view of the golf course, and the actual inter-floor noise problem in the accommodation can create a nervous reaction. If you don't like the noise between floors, you'd better ask for the rooms on the highest floor. In addition, the room service was only provided when requested one by one without filling the necessary things in advance, which was different from the service of the same resort in other regions.

It can be said to be one of the best options for those who want to rest quietly in the suburbs of Seoul. Sono condominium in front of the ski resort are crowded with restaurants, marts, food and entertainment, so it is a hectic place with resort users as well as ski users, but Sono village where I stayed is about 10 to 15 minutes away by car and feels like a private villa, so you can spend a quiet vacation. The exotic accommodation facilities and the surrounding scenery can be enjoyed to the fullest throughout the vacation. The indoor facility seems normal, but the necessary supplies for cooking are well prepared and well managed, so eating out is inconvenient in the COVID-19 situation, I can enjoy the meal deliciously and safely in the room.
