Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

location was not very convenient but Mr. and Mrs Kim will ferry us around. They even help us order delivery. Mr, Kim will be able to book tour at a cost. We love staying at the Pension. Intend to visit on other seasons and will stay there again.

SingaporeProperty is located in a quant and quiet area and is really peaceful. You can see snow in front and behind the house, exactly in the pictures. Mr Kim is a very responsive host who has been communicating with me weeks before the trip. He goes out of the way to secure discounted tickets for us, driving us around everywhere.

SingaporeMr Kim was an exceptional host. He was prompt in his replies prior to our arrival and provided many suggestions and recommendations. He helped us arrange everything from booking a ski coach, to securing ski passes, ski equipment, clothes and even helped us order food. He is an experienced ski coach himself and during our teenagers' beginners' skiing sessions, he voluntarily helped to follow them down the slopes, thus ensuring that they were safe and able to navigate the slopes confidently. Without him, I don't think our skiing sessions would have gone on so well. He recommended nice restaurants and was around to ensure that we had a very pleasant stay. His wife helped us with laundry at a small fee. Highly recommended.
