The room is really small. The place was acceptably clean, but not super clean. The shower is literally above the toilet, so when you take a shower the whole bathroom gets wet. It is not a great issue but it can be a bit uncomfortable.

The location is excellent. The self check in and check out is really comfortable. There is also a place to leave the luggage in case you need to before check in or after check out. Air conditioner works perfectly.

A bit cramped for two adults and the bed is narrow, but basically ok.

Location is really good, bus stop is close to the hotel maybe 5-8 minutes walk. Convenient to landmarks such as Changdeokgung Palace, Gyeongbokgung, Namsan Tower, Dongdaemun Market and more.

The laundry was messy, several machines out of order (3 out 7) and only 2 have a drying option (get ready to check multiple times to wash/dry your clothes as it was used - mostly by the hotel itself - every time I checked). There's no other place than your room to hang the wet clothes till you find an empty slot to use the dryer. The kitchen was a bit gloomy, it doesn't seem to be used a lot (fair enough, there are lots and lots of amazing restaurants nearby) and it lacked essential items (no cutlery whatsoever, no trash can either).

Great location and easily accessible from the subway, almost everything you need is there (hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and you can borrow charger plugs, umbrellas, etc...) and it was quiet at night. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean. The fridge is tiny but enough to store small water bottles (that you can buy at a convenient store right next door). There's an elevator and you can drop your luggage before you check in and after checking out.

The room size is definitely on the small size, which made it a bit difficult with our suitcases, but we managed okay - just something to keep in mind. The shower situation wasn't the best - the entire bathroom was always super wet and slippery after one of us had a shower. Not the end of the world but just remember to move all towels, toilet paper etc. out of the way before showering.

The check in and out process was super simple and easy to use as well as being very convenient, particularly as we arrived much later than we expected due to a delayed flight. The location is also quite nice, not too far from either Anguk or Jongno 3 subway stations. There's also a convenience store right next to the hotel which was super handy when we wanted to grab a quick snack or drink, but there's also plenty of restaurants nearby. We also thought it was a relatively quiet place overall and never felt unsafe walking around the area late at night.

The only problem we encountered was the toilet in our room clogged after just our first night. We barely used it as we were on tour, but upon return, the water overflowed. Some tissue residue came up. We reported it and the host sent a staff day after to declog. She left the declogger in the bathroom. But after some time, it clogged again and we just used it to declog but it was a hassle. To improve, please check the toilets regularly.

I like the ease of self check in and out. The rooms are also aesthetically pleasing. They also provided free borrowing of adapters and wires in the lobby. Also, washing and steaming on your own is good.

Quiet hostel. Beautiful location of cute cafes and many metro lines. Short walk to the old town. The room and washing machines were clean and easy to use. I was able to borrow an adapter for my phone and an umbrella. Perfect hostel for a budget travellers. ☺️

I was unable to find a larger supermarket in walking distance, but there are plenty of convenience stores, restaurants, and cafes in the neighbourhood to make up for that.

Checking in and out was easy and intuitive, the location was convenient for both city activities and hiking trips, and the room was good value for money!

There was a foul smell of sewers in the basement outside of our room.

Super nice location: very close to a lot of nice restaurants frequented by the locals and within walking distance to a lot of sight seeing! Very easy and quick check-in and check-out!

The only thing that could be better would be the curtains. Im a person who sleeps in compleet darkness but unfortunatly there was always light in my room. Luckily i had my sleepmasker with me.

Location was the best part! Close to every important place nearby and very close to the subway to go to hongdae. Super easy to go to the hotel from the airport with just 1 bus. Also check-in was super easy, there was a super friendly girl behind the counter who helped me out.

The hallway is always smell nice. Room.are warm. Centralize heating. Bathroom are clean. They give fresh new towel everyday. Toiletries are provided. Body shower, shampoo n conditioner. Toothbrush n paste. Check in & check out are diy. Its easy. No staff around all the time but u can see them in the morning. They communicate thru message in booking.com They allow to use laundry. But i didnt hv time to use I like they have elevator Many Plugs point in the room. Its good.

Since there are eateries/pubs open till late night around, you might hear some noise from outside. The shower was slightly awkward at first but it was okay.

Had a nice stay here. The location is great; subway station and bus stops couple minutes away, multiple convenience stores/shops and places to go to eat nearby. Very nice area to go for a walk and explore, many cultural spots close by. The room was fine, floor was heated, bed was quite firm but pillows were soft, basic necessities were provided and didn't hear any noise from other guests. The washing machine and dryer in basement floor were also good to have.

The curtains over the windows in the room are thin and doesn't block much light during the day. The hotel staff said they'd work on putting darker curtains so that customers can sleep during the day.

Great value for money. Easy access to train station and food places. Environment feels safe and room is clean and provides what would be typically required for a comfortable stay.
