I hope the air conditioning in the hotel can be adjusted again, it is very warm, but it will be a little hot and stuffy when you fall asleep in the middle of the night

The room is comfortable, the hotel staff is kind, the location is far away, you need to walk for a while to go to the subway station, there is a bus to the subway at the door, but it takes a while.

They need more english spoken staff and I was kinda confused about the payment at the check-in most country do at check-out.

Nothing really, it was all good.

I had to stay in this area as I was meeting a bus tour the following day. I was really pleasantly surprised by the neighbourhood, which is ultra modern but also near to an old style area with lots of great restaurants and bars. I would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Seoul. You get a far nicer room for your money and it's easy to get into the city on the very fast airport all stops line. The hotel room was comfortable and large and the staff were helpful and pleasant.

The staff is kind and helpful. A man staff can speak Japanese as well! The location is not so close by train station but fine.

Location is near DMC but nearest subway station is about 15-20 minutes walk.

It's clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with western and korean selections. Bed was also comfortable.

Nothing was too much for the staff, they were thoroughly helpful and made the stay beyond our expectations. We stayed in a junior suite which had excellent facilities and was a great size.

The only thing that really bothered me was that the room was so cold and we have two babies. Yes I tried to adjust the temperature but it never went above 23 so I think they pre set the temp which is a little frustrating because they could have said something or pre set it at a reasonable 25 in the middle of winter.

Beautiful room. Super spacious and the bathroom was massive. Excellent value for what you get.

Well, I didn't expect triple room means in 2 single bedrooms equipped 1 extra portable single bed. Some staff wasn't very informative. Before going to the sauna, we wanted to know whether we need to bring our own shower amenities since this hotel only offers hooked to the shower wall shampoo, the lady at the front desk asked to someone to check and return to me we need to bring ours. Well apparently I didn't bring any. Well it turned out there were all shower amenities at the sauna shower wall.

It was for my mum's birthday celebration. I chose here cuz there is a sauna which was excellent and even an indoor swimming pool included. The man who looked like a manager welcomed us warmly and kind enough to handle my request. The breakfast was great ranged from Korean to Western style. The parking lot is also spacious.

the ventilation and air conditioning of the room isn’t working for the nights, can smell “cigarettes smokes” during my stays here. I noted to the staffs but didn’t really improve in the conditions

the bedding was comfortable, clean bathroom with open space. the gym facilities and equipment is high grade with accessible to sauna and hot bathe and swimming pool. I was impressed by the cleanliness of all these facilities.

The room was on smaller side by American standard. A little far from public transportation.

The hotel and room was generally clean. Strongly recommend taking the breakfast option. Bargain price for the quality comparing to other 4 star hotels in Seoul.
