Staff was very friendly, sufficient english to help with with questions, close enough to Samsung facilities and Tera Tower to reach by foot in 20 minutes. Good collection of korean style restaurants in the surrounding and for the american/european visitors a friendly fried chicken/beer pub just around the corner. Large shopping center for all sorts of goods also within 5 minutes. Good stay for business!

It was quite sterile feeling, and there were some features that were strange. For example, only one bed had an outlet by it, and there was no place to hang a wet towel.

Electricity needs maintenance and they were missing bulbs or the lights were not working properly (I was in 3 rooms in general) - check the rooms and make them aligned. It will be super then. Some furniture should be upgraded, repaired, or refurbished. I think the hotel can invest a little money to improve the comfort and look of the furniture in the room. Fix water isolation in the shower corners - all rooms. Gym tread-mills need maintenance - both of them.

The location for my office was optimal and kitchenette. I will expect a little bit more equipment for cooking. Glass cups for water should be appreciated.

The maintenance of our room is not up to standard. First, the room is not at all what was advertised. The pictures on the website do not represent the room at all! Secondly, heavily broken tiles were hidden with a carpet. The glass walls seemed to have glue on it, the tap in the kitchenette was broken, the phones didn't work, the wood panels on the balcony were broken off and the bedside table looks like they were kicked and chewed on. Many lights in the room were also not working and the shoe paddle was also broken. The photos used to advertise the room was very misleading and it really cost me a great weekend.

The thermostat didn't work, so couldn't set the room temperature properly. The shower leaked a lot of water because the door didn't close properly.

The hood over the stove didn't work, so they couldn't actually cook in their room.

The room was big and spacious, which was perfect for my parents! They also had a mini-fridge and a stove to cook on, which was very thoughtful.

Unfortunately, there was a lack of storage space for t-shirts, underwear etc. We ended up emptying the kitchen cupboard to prevent living out of a suitcase. The sheets and quilt cover had a small tear.

The staff were very helpful when we wanted a taxi booking. The bathroom facilities were excellent. very clean with plenty of hot water. The room was large with excellent air-conditioning. The chambermaid did an excellent service each day.

Some equipment looks and works obsolete. Little maintenance is required. Spacially gym is fine but tread mill needs maintenance.

Garden room bathtub didn't work. But, they gave us an equivalent room with a working tub, plus a free breakfast voucher, as compensation.

The beds here are exceptionally comfortable. The rooms are much larger than most hotels in Korea. The breakfast was quite nice, and so were the staff, too!
