A little far from many of the attractions.

Spacious and relax surrounding. The reception staff were the most helpful people we met during our trip, helping us change our restaurant booking timing even after we had checked out.👍🏼

The breakfast was much smaller than expected. No vegetables and coffee without milk. Our room strongly smelled of air conditioner like in a toilet which was not nice to my senses.

Very close to the beach. Quite place with nice outside area will several outdoor games for kids. Nice view from the windows. Very friendly personnel.

Challenging to carry luggage up the stairs if you are not staying at ground floor. Need to walk abit to reach food places.

The ocean view from the room is awesome! Free breakfast that staff delivers to room in the morning. The breakfast was nice too! Room size was huge and staff were so friendly. Free parking for hotel guests.

The room was a bit tired and some things need refurbishment, for example the kitchen doors. The pillows were a little too firm and curved.

The view was amazing! The staff were very helpful. Kept spotlessly clean both the rooms and common areas. Comfortable bed and a kitchenette. Provided an iron/steamer on request. Large room.

A little pricey

Nothing, all good. We came during wrong season 🤣..it was chilly and windy but we get to enjoy the place to ourself, not too crowded.

Everything is great. The breakfast is also good, but it would be even better if they had different items each day.

Everything about Sun and Moon Resort was exceptional! The location is great with the beach and sea right in front, and we loved looking at the view. The room is very spacious and very well equipped. It is very clean and the beds and pillows are super comfortable. The staff are amazing - so friendly and helpful. They gave us a WhatsApp number to use for anything we needed. We used it to communicate about breakfast and they responded very quickly and accurately. We loved our stay very much. One of the highlights of our week in Jeju!

The breakfast is delicious but the same everyday. Hence it may get boring for long stay.

I like the quick access to the coast. Many good restaurants and hiking trails within walking distance. Level 1 rooms enjoy the direct access to the garden from balcony. It is convenient for us to watch the kids play as we relax in jacuzzi or balcony. Room is big and comfortable for family of 4.

The rooms were very clean and had an excellent view. It was also a shop walk to the eateries. What made the it great too was the hospitality and friendliness of Julie, her brother and all the others.

A bit too warm as the window had blinds so it was a bit hard to have it open since the light would come in the morning.

We liked the breakfast but stayed three days and it did not change but it was hearty. In addition, the staff made us special coffees and were accomodating.

The room is spacious and comfortable. Very nice shower. The view is outstanding and easy to enjoy. There's a big open lawn and very easy access to a walkway and the beach. I saw beautiful sunrises every morning. One could also walk to a few restaurants and follow the beachside walkway.

Really comfortable room and bathroom, great view over beach / sea. Staff very helpful and great breakfast brought to the room. Some nice restaurants at nearby port / village and pleasant walk along the beach. Went for a morning swim - not sure if its a swimming beach but v refreshing!

We really enjoyed our stay here as part of our honeymoon! The location is great and we were able to walk to cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff was very friendly and stored our bags until our room was ready while we went sightseeing. One of my favorite parts was the breakfast that was delivered to our room every morning! I would stay at Sun and Moon again and recommend it.
