The sheets were definitely clean, but they should probably not reuse bedding with unremovable stains as it's not a good look. There have clearly been efforts to touch up the rooms, but you still see signs of wear and tear (e.g. crooked cupboards, staining in kitchenette). I think that with some minor efforts, they could probably give a much better look and feel to the place. For instance, the table and chairs look expensive, but are light and shabby. I think I'd prefer a more basic looking table and chair set that is firmer and more durable. Also, an extra top mattress on the boxspring is needed. I think there was definitely something missing there. Some extra pillows couldn't hurt either. Lastly, the towels. I read it in so many reviews and it is true. You only get small towels (and bath robes) and it is annoying. I think people would prefer larger towels to the bath robes. I do want to add that you get clean towels everyday....

The hotel is basic, but okay. The location close to Haeundae Beach and the market is probably the best reason to stay here. I've read a lot about the elevators (you have to switch elevators on the fourth floor to get to the hotel lobby on the sixth floor), but it didn't bother us. It usually went pretty smoothly, and you got to know other people in the elevator. The room was very spacious. For Busan, the price is pretty okay.

The hotel only provide tiny towels and only give 1 pillow per person.

Best location, room is very spacious, staff is nice and helpful.

The towels provided are small (but I managed) but must be difficult for some. The kitchenette has only a minibar and a kettle. The hotel should not advertised as a kitchenette which can be misleading. Luckily only the day I arrived, the aircond was off at about 9 p.m and its feel stuffy. Other days, the aircond was working throughout the day.

The location is near the beach, subway station, sealife, hauendae traditional market and a lot of shops nearby. Walking distance to Mipo Station, Dongbaek Island, LCT buiding, Bay101. The hotel replenished drinking water and toiletteries everyday. There are 2 - 3 English channel (a bonus) after a long day sight seeing and meetings.

The sliding door to the bedroom did not close? Either poor design or bad snagging on completion. There wasn’t anywhere you could hang the towels. Easy to solve. Vinyl slippers where not very PC / in terms of recycling. Am hoping that on the next visit you might have sorted out the reception area which for the money was a mess compared to our Hotel in Daejon

Facilities nice except swimming. Elevator has to use 2 times . It’s complicated Once to 4th floor and transfer to another elevator to go to the other floor.

The price is cheaper than other hotel with ocean view.

This is a classic example of the nice pictures shown on Booking.com does not reflect the reality. The hotel is very old and worn out and could really do with a makeover. The room was okay cleaned but the public areas in the hotel was very dirty. I my opinion this hotel in not a 4 star hotel.

Good location close to Haeundae beach. Nice view from the room. Breakfast was okay for the price but nothing fancy.

It will be great if the hotel provided breakfast.

Good location. Close to the beach, market, shops. Free parking is available in the hotel. Stay the same room that we booked. Nice view from the hotel room to the beach. The building is sharing with another hotel. Once you are figured it out how to walk. Everything is easy. Go to 4th floor, change to another lift to 6th floor and you will see the hotel reception. If you look for a closer distance to the beach, this hotel can be considered.

Air conditioner fixed to heater even it was hot night. No bath mats, which was not comfortable using body towels on the floor. Body towels not fresh, some smelly. The Mosquitoes ruined our night time…

Best location of Busan Most places to eat nearby Nice beach view, beach at walking distance, same for the subway. I travelled all Busan and loved this spot the most!
